6I LOVE this store, I just wish they had another location on the east end of Simi. This morning I started out in Vons. I bought 6 bottles of wine because Vons was advertising 20% off 6 or more. All Clos du Bois and Francis Coppola, the price after the sale savings was between $10.99 to $21.99 each. Ok. Then I picked up 4 8-packs of Bubly water @ $3.99 each if you buy 4. Then went over to the meat counter, I needed lamb shoulder to make lamb stew. They had no lamb so I decided to pay for what I had and drive to Stater Bros. Stater Bros. Had all the same wines I had just bought, not on sale for between $7.99 to $9.99 AND they were doing an extra 10% off. They had the Bubly water for 3 8-packs for $9.99. AND they had lamb! Lots of it to choose from. I’m DONE with Vons and will be making the drive from now on but Stster Bros…. Please come closer to us East-Enders!
Stater bros is ok but prices have climbed a lot to make it my last stop. Clean store and nice friendly employees but prices keep me personally away.
I'm so happy to have a Staters nearby. Clean, well stocked store with reasonable prices.
The place is haggard clean and pleasant the service is good and there are always deals.
