WOODSIDE VILLAGE, West Covina CA

I truly love living at Woodside Village. I have been here for 4 years and seen many improvements over that time. I am surprised to see some very harsh reviews on here. No apartment community is perfect and it has been very frustrating that the pool remodel has been pushed back again. What they do offer that I have not had anywhere else is community events. The apartment life team has fun events and giveaways every month. Last month we had bingo night with fun prizes and this really good popcorn that I had never seen before. I asked and they said it was from sprouts. This was one of my favorite events. But my all time favorite event that I look forward to each year is the pumpkin painting event. They provide all sizes of pumpkins and all the supplies to decorate and paint a pumpkin. It was fun for me and my husband as well as our kids. They also had aprons to use so you didn't get paint on your clothes.

These apartments used to be good. I cannot recommend anyone move in, with the current state of things. Don’t bother having guests over because you can only have a 3 day parking pass for them twice a month. If you have more than one vehicle on file, forget about using your own space to park either one. Don’t even get me started on the current management. Avoid this complex and save yourself the hassle

I've been looking for a nice apartment and saw these.went in and spoke with Darlene.she was very thorough informative and she took me to see one of the apartments. I instantly fell in love.great space everything looks clean all outside loved the kitchen and bathroom size and all the other stuff. I can't wait to move in.thank you ladies in leasing you guys are awesome.

Let’s be real these apartments are worthless. They charge almost 3k for a 2 bedroom and they apartments aren’t even worth it it’s infested with roaches, spiders, bedbugs, they don’t love they residents, they don’t respect they resident and if the property manager Maria don’t like you she will have your car towed away just because she don’t like you there pool is disgusting and never clean it. Horrible maintenance they will break into your apartment and steal stuff avoid these apartments they aren’t gated they let homeless people break into your car or sleep on your car and don’t do nothing about it. Avoid avoid avoid you will thank me later those good review are ALl FAKE don’t believe it

Great place to live! My favorite part is the community events they put on each month with Apartment Life. The pool is being re done just in time for summer-can’t wait to swim!

I have lived here for a year and the tires of my car have already been stolen, there is no surveillance and no one responds, there are no cameras, the tires were stolen almost in front of the offices and they don't even have a camera taking care of the parking lots and the rent is not cheap as so that nobody does anything or say anything

I asked for a new stove and even submitted a work order and management came and made an inspection and a month later.still nothing! My stove needs replacing! I regret that I resigned my lease

Unprofessional is all i can say.
I moved out on the 17th of March, and STILL have not received my deposit check back.
Mind you, we are on May 8th.
I was first initially told that my check was sent out, and that i would receive it the next week.
Nothing arrived, i called that same week, and they told me, my check had just been sent out, and that i would receive it. Next week came, and i STILL haven’t received it. I spoke to the manager, and she said my check was canceled the first time it went out. I was NEVER notified, Which that alone is a red flag, instead their workers kept lying to me by telling me it would arrive, and it would arrive.
The manager is apparently never available to speak on the phone, i’m assuming it’s only when it’s convenient for them they will. Never have i ever had to deal with this type of unprofessionalism.
Also, i left my apartment so clean, with normal wear and tear, and they want to charge you more than what it is.
Ridiculous. Please save yourself the time, and money. Run.
Go elsewhere.

I have been living here for 7 years and I liked them, they are always pending the needs of users, in the office they are very friendly and cordial and are aware of the economic situation.

The location is why we moved to Woodside. The amenities could be better, the pool which we live by has been broken for 2 years now. The laundry center just got new machines and they are useless, they don’t take the cc. They keep checking our apartment every 6 months where they come in unannounced, we just want our privacy, our apartment has nothing broken and they keep putting our rent up every year.

It's a shame, actually, the facilities are bad and apart from that they don't return your deposit even if you leave it well arranged as they give it to you at the beginning and the manager is a person who has no character, to say the least, it's not worth renting I don't know why I put a star here if they don't even deserve it

I have lived here for 1 year already and we love the space! We were amazed by the size of the bedrooms, living space, and storage! It is also pet friendly which is a huge plus!

This place is the worst place to live. I pray no one has to endure the selfish disregard the property owners and staff give to their tenants. From this day I am going to continuously post all the things they do to there customer. Today I come to do my laundry. For starters they failed to have the place open by the posted time and on top of not being able to be open on time they have doubled the cost per load.

The area used to be nice but that’s no longer the case. The property management has a lot to work on. If you are flexible and have options, seek elsewhere. Trust me on this. The washing machines seldom work. It’s just a little trashy
