I have been living at the Woodstream Townhomes for 5 months now and truly do call this place home! Azam and Brianna at the front desk are amazing and truly go above and beyond offering speedy customer service for the residents. They are so kind and friendly. Other positives… Maintenance keeps the grounds clean and are quick to offer assistance when repairs are needed. We have been fortunate to have courteous neighbors and for the most part don’t have any loud noise disturbances. With that being said, sometimes on the weekends people play their music from their garages a bit too loudly where you can hear the base through the walls, but I think that’s pretty common for any complex you live at. I think the icing on the cake for why we have been so thankful to call this place home is our requests for maintenance issues get handled so quickly and professionally. A month ago a terrible storm came through the area and we had some bad flooding in the garage. Maintenance came out in the late night to help us with the flooding and the drywall was promptly fixed a few days later. We felt very heard and appreciated. We hope to put some roots down here for several years to come and I would definitely recommend living here!

Huge shoutout to Azam! She is a true professional who navigated my move-in process to be smooth and promptly answered any questions I had prior to doing so. This community is quiet, respectful, and I am a happy resident. I am looking forward to my (hopefully) extended stay here.

Maintenance is wonderful! Azam and the staff are great! I love the community and feel safe here. I wish the fitness room had more equipment to use and a spa. The townhomes are decent sizes and homey.noone above you or below. The downside is the traffic on the entrances, (if you have pets or kids, ask for a unit off of a busy street) narrow living rooms but spacious masters and big attached garages, good ranked elementary and sports programs with plenty of food nearby!
