Wooforia Grooming Salon, Fresno CA

I’ve been taking my girls here for a few years now. Only dog groomers that my anxious pups feel comfy around. Every time I get them deshedded, I’m amazed as to how little hair comes off my dogs - and they stay like that for weeks! Definitely take your pups here!

I’ve been trying to call for the past 3 days to make an appointment and it goes straight to voicemail

I was very impressed with staff, the vicinity, and service. They were very kind and understanding and price wise it was totally worth it!

There's something to be said about someone who repeatedly says she's the "owner" in the brief conversation had with her. Over compensating maybe.
Real ownership isn't in the title, its in the humility and welcoming atmosphere customers should take away with each interaction.
Priscilla "the owner" and Maria "the inexperienced groomer" lack the ability to make customers feel appreciated.
It was 1st time I took my fur baby into this shop and Maria lacks the ability to interact w/ dog and people too. If you're looking to be mistreated and feel like your less then. You've come to the right place. NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

UPDATE: Dog Training 101 - When introducing yourself to a dog, you don't grab his head and try to shake it. How convenient of you to leave that piece of info out. That shows Maria's poor knowledge and INEXPERIENCE as a groomer!

Working in the Service Field and dealing with variety of personalities is not easy. I should know, been doing it for years. I'd rather bite my tongue before I make customers feel less then. Your lack of professionalism is disheartening and it clearly shows in your response.

Update #2 - Not allowing others negative energy get the BEST of us. I would consider a win. Clearly this is where you have failed. You're blinded by your 'owner' title. If half of your long time clients came in giving you attitude, are you going kick them out? The answer is obvious.

Made an appointment and they took my mom's old dog right in for nail trim, they were fast and efficient. They are appointment only and don't be more than 15 minutes late or they won't book for you again.cut off lol

Crazy impressed by the owner for putting herself between her staff and a clearly belligerent Karen. And my dog tolerates her, which says a lot.

Andy did a wonderful job on Layla! Great cut and very quick. I whole heartily recommend her for your fur baby.

Derek was my groomer for today and he did an amazing job. Thank you for taking such good care of them.

My pets first time there, I loved the friendly quick cust.service & my fur buddy's full groom came out cute n awesome, reasonablypriced, his groomer was very nice & attentive since we arrived.thanx Andy, we will b returning soon!

So thankful for this place! Especially being closer to home. The establishment is so nice and clean, the groomers are ALL friendly and so sweet! I was taking them to barking beauties and they accused my dog being aggressive. He’s not. Maybe he sensed their energy, but my dogs LOVE Wooforia and he did so great.my 3 dogs come out happy and so do I.

A great location only 15 min from Sanger. Groomer was super friendly and listened to my concerns. Will be back soon. Thanks
