Woori Pharmacy reviews
2 My father always says good things about the staff members here, especially Angela L and Anna (please correct me if these names are spelled incorrectly).
His doctors usually just prescribe him the medications and provide little-to-no pertinent information about them, such as reasons for prescribing, side effects, contraindications, etc. As you can imagine, that has been very frustrating for my father and myself to witness, and is considered to be very poor healthcare practice.
However, Anna and Angela have always gone out of their ways to fill in those gaps by answering my father's questions and by providing important information that should have been provided by his doctors in the first place. The pharmacy is usually very busy, so it's understandable that they can't always be answering everyone's questions, but we have confidence that if they could, they would.
So thanks Angela and Anna for making a positive difference in the lives of people you help and keep doing what you guys do!
I am still upset about their BS policy. Due to Covid-19, they REFUSE to refund any items. All sales are final? Seriously? At the pharmacy? This is not the farmer's market or a cheap stationary store.
So, my question is, what's the relation between Covid-19 virus and the un-opened-brand-new-item? I even had a receipt. I didn't want to argue with them more than 5 mins so I left. It happened on Monday. However, I still DO NOT think THAT WAS RIGHT.
This place has been charging $2 or $3 more than other pharmacy in general. When Covid-19 outbreak, this place started throwing more BS to the customers. They are taking advantage of the patients. Yes, those are easy victims.
Obviously This place EXPLOITS the customers by using this pandemic as a good opportunity. In general the workers at the pharmacy are fine. I don't know who's THE GREEDY owner, he or she should know how SHADY business he or she does.
Conclusion: they are ETHICALLY messed up. Shame on them. If anyone knows a small claim sue for the customers, let me know. I'm happy to raise up the voice.
