Went looking for a belt. They had the same belt that lasted me for 6 years. They have an insane selection of carhartt. Great shop

There are working people with waist sizes bigger than 46inches, and shirt sizes bigger than 3xl, we are people too.

I visited WorkWorld with the intention to buy 3-4 pairs of Dickies work slacks and a couple sets of black scrubs. I was overwhelmed with sizes and styles so purchasing online was not an option, I needed an in store shopping experience and help finding the size and fit that I was looking for. When I entered the store I was greeted by three sales associates that had all been chatting amongst themselves. After their greeting I just assumed that one of them would approach me and ask me if I was looking for something specific. No, they all just went back to talking but more quiet, which made shopping in the empty store a little awkward. I was completely lost in the store, but decided to just do a lap to get my bearings. After at least 5mins of walking around I found the woman’s Dickies slacks. I stood there examining the styles and sizes for a few minutes and then spotted the dressing room and decided to try some on. I went in and out of the dressing twice trying on four different pants without being asked how I was doing, or if I needed any help. Needless to say I didn’t luck out in the woman’s section so I went to the other side of the store to check out the smaller mens Dickies. Unfortunately most of the smaller sizes were out of reach to customers. Luckily I found a couple of stacks of slim cut smaller waisted male slacks on the bottom shelf. So I proceeded to try on a few more pairs, but with no luck. I needed some from the very high shelves after all. Here’s the thing… I’m black and as I brushed off what I thought was poor customer service and fended for myself, I got to hear others enter the store and be asked if they needed help finding anything. This happens to me often in my area so when it does I have to make a choice, Do I have the emotional and mental capacity to ignore this poor customer service that has strong undertones of being race related. It’s exhausting, and some days I manage better than others. By the time I had entered the dressing room 4 separate times and not been asked if I needed any assistance I was at my limit, i feared that my annoyance would have poured out if I asked a sales person to help me get some of the smaller styles and sizes down for me. Not wanting to risk being viewed as the rude black shopper or angry black woman I left the store. I will not be returning to this store and plan to go to Dickies directly to report my concerns and poor shopping experience.

Crowded with too much stuff, and closes early. Needed rain gear and was rushed to make a selection so they could close 5 minutes early. Didn’t like my purchase options so I returned them later.

Good value, decent stock of inventory on all fronts. Got my work week attire from there in one stop.

Some limitations on pants and sizes due to COVID, but not only did I get 4 pair of work pants, but got my work shoes there also. Totally appreciate them having women's Keen and didn't have to purchase the men's. Women's are similar but more feminine

Good selection.never have been impressed by the level of customer service here. Each time I go in there I feel like I am bothering the staff by being there and don't think of asking them a question. I feel mostly like they just want to be there to process my payment and get me out.

Good prices, great customer service, big selection, I came for men's scrubs, and they had good variety. I will be back.

But best of all, (& almost an answer to prayer) WOLVERINE stocks available, the finest socks available on the planet. If you wear boots, anything else is inferior. "Take care of your feet & your feet will take care of you. "

There good when it comes to construction ware, and all sorts of occupations. The workers are very nice, they know where everything is from what I've seen. However, (and this is literally the only problem I have with this whole store, like it's a pretty good store dont get me wrong) for some odd reason they dont sell server shirts anymore, the only thing i could find with the resturant industry is a full body apron or non slip shoes but besides that its mostly just guy clothes. So yea, basically it's a kickass store with good hardworking people, it just a bummer if your a girl needing resturant clothes

Very unfriendly staff both times I visited the store. The employees hardly acknowledged that I was even there. Not a lot of medical scrubs to choose from.

Always great service. They had to deal with me coming back in 3 times exchanging boots to get the right pair. They never got irritated and were great help each time. I have been getting my boots here for the past 8 years and will continue to do so. Thanks work world

Expensive for waterproof item's that are not actually waterproof! The big guy in there watches you like your going to steal something and makes you feel super uncomfortable looking like he os from the adams family.

Their work pants last sooo long, mine finally ripped but I wore them to work every day for a whole year. That’s the longest I’ve ever had work pants last. I highly recommended this place.
