Had my grandson pants needed for work, hoping to get a couple more pairs when they come in

From the time my daughters and I walked in we were not greeted well at all by 2 of the employees. One was a young girl and the other was an older lady. They followed us, gave dirty looks and made us feel VERY uncomfortable the entire time as we were trying to choose last minute Father's Day gifts for their dad. We all paid separately. I was standing next to my youngest daughter while she was paying for her items. While the younger rude employee was ringing up my daughter, she was giving me very dirty, ugly looks. When me and my daughters got in the car we all started laughing in shock because we couldn't believe or understand the outright rudeness coming from these 2 employees. Normally I look at names but didn't this time because we were in a hurry. I need to add that there was an older woman who was very friendly and gave my other daughter the best customer service. My husband comes here to buy his work clothes and I'm heavily dissatisfied with today's experience.

Literally hate the ppl who work there, went in and immediately was being followed around the place and watched.but never asked if i needed help or anything.

Excellent selection of name brand boots and clothing. Top-notch customer service. The ladies working that store have got their sh*t together.

A large selection of different types of work attire. I went in just for a work apron, the price was good so is the quality.
Many other things that I would purchase if I was looking for good quality and good name brands.

I have been shopping here for a few years now and have had no issues. I will not be coming back after the experience I had today. I didn't catch the ladies name but she was uncomfortably rude. Not only to me but other customers. You could tell that she had something going on in her personal life that she brought to work with her this morning. I actually wasn't the only customer in the store to put down their would be purchases and leave. No thank you.

Just left there, I got a 20% in the Modesto bee valid 11/26/21 thru 12/5/21.and a very rude older blond lady told me "we don't take that here". WOW. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Just left here and wont be back ever rude rude and when i asked her if she cared about reviews she said no avoid this place

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! The president of the company and individuals that work for corporate are EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive! My debit card has been scammed and when I called to report the situation and ask about the charge-back/refund process I was given the runaround by one of their corporate employees. I was then given the President of the company's information and spoke with him. He was very aggressive with his tone as if I did something wrong. I was then told their process of how to deal with the situation which was understandable but while expressing my concerns he was very dismissive and continuously cut me off and blurted out "well you're lucky that I'm even having this conversation with you and just because you go through your card company, that doesn't mean that we'll give you your money back"! I was infuriated by the conversation because he treated me as if I was some type of peasant who is beneath him because he is the president of his company. I went off on him because I was livid and had never been treated this way. I also called him out on how he was dealing with me and the situation at hand and he completely denied saying those things! This was just pure madness how a President of a company can behave this way. I've never been so disrespected by a place of business in my life, especially when I'm the victim. This really crushed me because I'm an honest, hard working individual who has been scammed and I just wanted to express my concerns, take action towards the situation and ultimately, just want my money back. I will continue to work with my card company to get this situation resolved.

With so much going on it is my hopes that people would be a bit kinder to one another.

The lady that helped me was horrible, she insisted I try on a shoe I didn't want then she didn't have my size, she is very loud and doesn't listen. I couldn't wait to leave. They did have what I needed

Customer service is always top notch. Great selection of boots and work clothes. I was bummed this labor day weekend because they offered 10-40% off! I feel clothing most guys wear daily (T-Shirts) were not on sale. Plenty of flannel and plaid button shirts but no T's.

This place is waaay better than Crescent Work & Outdoor.larger selection of Dickies, Carhartt, etc.and better prices.

I just walked into this store to purchase work boots and Carhart apparel for my husband for Christmas. I carry a smaller size backpack with me, for personal reasons, not a purse. When I walked in, I was greeted then asked if I needed help. I replied no thank you, and that I wanted to look at the Carhart apparel. I was then asked to leave my back pack at the front desk! I was completely mortified and insulted. I told the sales representative her request was offensive and that I would just leave the store, so I did! As I walked out, the other sales representative stated, “Ma’am there is a sign on the window! ”
I understand theft is an issue, particularly around the holidays however, you are assuming I am a person who will steal from you because I carry a back pack. I am a member of this community who gives back generously! Do you ask people to leave purses at the front desk? I prefer to shop and spend money at stores who do not profile patrons. Shame on you!
