I went to get my hair corrected but ended up walking out with something I did not want. I did not know that the hairdressers were students. I am not happy with the results and I just wish I went somewhere else.they charge 105 for every hr and she took her time and I ended having to pay 450 for something that wasn't even close to what I wanted. I am very upset

Maddie (i think that was her name?) was really sweet and i love how my hair turned out.she also answered all my silly questions lol.thank you!

I got an appointment next day and Dee was amazing. Super conversational and walked away loving my hair. Great price for LA and saved the cost of having to Uber elsewhere from campus. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future!

I've been to workshop a few times now and havealways left happy with the services. They've done cuts, colors, and a blowout for me on separate occasions and I always leave feeling beautiful! The staff is welcoming and friendly and I always feel listened to.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Went in for a bang trim, (I already have curtain bangs, so it was a basic task), and was told I “probably can’t have bangs because my hair is thick”? My POC hair is not even unwieldy, just wavy, and I already came in with a form of bangs, so that was off putting. I showed pictures of bangs longer than eye length and clarified that’s how I want it, and she cut them well above the eyebrow. I expressed concern as soon as she started cutting, and she just said, “it’ll look better later when you style it”. What? !? Shouldn’t I leave the boutique with my hair looking how I want? Isn’t that what I pay for? Came home and tried to style it, and of course it was just way too short. Called back and the girl on the phone never apologized once, said she wouldn’t take my word for it, and needed me to come back to even CONSIDER a refund. Couldn’t you just ask the girl who cut my hair if I expressed concern of it being too short? That’s your “proof”. Awful business and customer service. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend if you’re POC, or if you just want nice hair.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this salon! The staff is great, experienced and super welcoming! My stylist always listens and makes sure my hair is exactly what I want. She’s so great at nailing the color I want! Even my mother gets her hair done here too now and they were able to repair her hair after a bad bleach job done elsewhere. Best salon in town!

I’ve been here a few times for a standard haircut and every time I get compliments at work about my haircut more than any other place I would go to.

Came in for a color and it was my first time. Unsure of what i wanted but my stylist had a very in depth conversation with me and made me feel comfortable. I loved loveddd the way my hair came out along with my new cut. It really suits my face shape. Love my new bangs.thank you so much!

Clothes are nice but don’t buy the jewelry! It’s low quality and breaks super quickly. I got a necklace from here and it broke the very first time I put it on. I went back and asked to trade it in for one that wasn’t broken, I was told it would be a “one time thing. ” The new one lasted two days before breaking right off my neck, I was just trying to take it off to shower.
