7About as easy and smooth of a process as you could expect. Service was great, installation was flawless, and blinds look wonderful! I would recommend this company to anyone.
I love this company's service and organization. They kept records, they could find me in the records. Twenty minutes on the phone I had an appointment (in 2 weeks), which the installer kept, he was prompt. When he arrived he was polite, and started right to work and was done changing the drapes on two large windows in under an hour. The problem was a fabric problem with weighted sliding drapery panels. The sides curled up after four years. The problem went away before the installer left.
I was thrilled with World Class Window Coverings. From the beginning of making my appointment, home consultation, ordering my blinds, installation everything was awesome! I felt everyone was not only professional but kind & respectful wanting to know that I was happy with it all. Thank you to everyone I worked with.
When it comes time to do the rest of my window coverings I most definitely will be calling.
My family had a great experience from start to finish. Michael showed us many options but made it easy for us to select what we really wanted. The wait for the installation took around a month, which wasn’t an issue for us at all. Finally the installation happened, which was quick and done nicely. Before they left, they demonstrated how to operate the blinds and the best way to clean it. 5 stars well deserved!
The designer and the people that put up the shades were all excellent. We were a little disappointed in the quality of the materials (very thin). Also the back door to the master bedroom and to the outside doesn’t sit flush with the window so light gets in. It’s the way the shades are made.
I definitely recommend this company. They provide excellent customer service from start to finish. Efficient, polite, professional! A great company to do business with.
