3Sent me the wrong product twice. Refusing to take responsibility. Refusing to take a return. Oh btw, each time it took a month. So essentially I wasted two months waiting around to get wrong dye.
Wow. What an awful business. Appears to be run by brainless juveniles. Take forever to send, then send a wrong product, then take no responsibility and tell you you’re the one who’s wrong. Please stay away. These people need to be shut down.
I ordered the vinyl for a seat of the 560 SL of 1989.
I paid by CC the price of $ 600.
On the next day I received the confirmation that I had ordered (and paid) a leather seat cover of $ 900. -. Then I told them to correct this mistake.
Since then - 4 days ago - I did not receive any reaction to this issue. Even not after I warned them that this could be a criminal delict.
I will investigate with my bank if there is any sign of a fraud with subsequent investigations.
