6This is the worst company ive ever been forced to do business with in my life. ZERO customer service. Also, the new service technician John is a violent psychopath.
Do Not Do Busisness with this company. The Customer service is terrible. They never show up when they say and they are a completel rip off when you dont have a service contract with them.
They think they have you but they really dont. Do your homework before buying one of their machines. You Have Other Options!
They never answer the phone
My machine been down for a month and no one is answering or returning calls
Save yourself the time and frustration! The company and it's employees have no idea how their own equipment works. My station is closed for the second time in less than a month due to issues on WEP's side. To make matters worse, I can't even get ahold of anyone on the phone! Left 7 voicemails today and no calls back! Don't make the same mistake as Nevada and take your business elsewhere!
Horrible products. Have been using their state inspection machine for over a year now, have yet to have a trouble free day despite numerous service visits and multiple updates.
