Worldwide Flight Services Inc/Virgin Atlantic reviews
6This place has the worst service I have ever been to. I went to get a delivered package from them and they told me you had to pay $89 so the import fee and I was okay with that but then they said you had to $289 because it was stored for one day but the lady that told us our package was ready said that it came today but they said it came two days ago. So overall I would recommend trying to something else because this place was well not worth it for the time, money, and effort
Very unorganized company at lax management is the cause of all the bad reviews from long wait to get helped to violating workers rights im a truck driver and employees tell me how this company steals their benefits its sad but true.
This place sucks! Use another freight service if possible. Horrible Customer service and always excuses from the employees working in the warehouse. Be ready to wait up to 5 hours to ship 2 boxes. Just nasty and horrible. Management just sucks!
Extremely horrible service. Tried advising their customers and upper management but no one cares.
I work in this Warehouse. They are pretty much the cheapest it gets so don't have high expectations. Workers do they're job in a low lighting conditions due to many ceiling lights malfunction. Pretty dirty and loud, but it's a warehouse right?
Nice person tho, can't argue with that.
Still, 2 stars because management don't care.
Bad customer service from the gate keepers (Security) especially the female. The outdoor area has poor lighting or no lighting at all which could be a safety hazard. I don't know how they can still operate at this conditions.
