Daniel was first class in the entire experience. Truck was ready when it was estimated to be done. Great communication from Daniel. The only thing that bummed me out was on Fords end when it comes to wiping out the mykey controls on key fobs. They make the dealer charge $100 to clear perimeters.

I made an appointment for oil change 12: 15 PM, when I got there at 12 the service writer told me that the technician went to lunch they won’t be back till one. I think they should’ve told me they were not going to be there at 12: 15 and I could’ve came later after one o’clock.

Extremely disappointed with Ford, the lack of customer service, the inability to follow up and try to provide alternative solutions for a customer that is left without a car for over a year, nor provide a rental of any kind. Will never purchase a vehicle from this place nor would I recommend it to anyone. I would give a zer0 but that was not an option. Do not buy or have your car repaired here.

Bought a new Ford F250 super duty truck. It was a good experience.took a while to get here but that's to be expected with all the stuff going on in the world today. One thing I was pretty disappointed in was ford drove the truck and got it muddy and the dealership washed the truck and still did not get all the mud off.don't use that guy again!

Took my car in for suspensions issue they replaced the motor mounts still the suspension wasn't fixed then they wanted to do the drive shaft still the suspension was not fixed I was not fixed I wouldn't go there if my mother's life depended on it

Worthington fixed all the recalls on my truck. I got it back and shortly thereafter, My check engine light popped on. I called them to let them know. The guy told me he probably wouldn’t have time, but then reconsidered and told me to bring it by.

Upon arrival, none of the service members were busy. In fact, they were all playing in their phones. The guy I talked to on the phone lets me know they need to charge me to even tell me what the code says. I remind them they fixed the truck several week ago…and he responds that he still needs to charge me.

I proceeded to respond that I could buy a code reader for cheaper than the diagnostic. That’s when a very large man says “yeah, you buy that code reader and then tell us what’s wrong with it. ” He continues to belittle me in front of the staff, meanwhile, I’m a loyal Ford customer for the last 10 years.

I contacted the owner twice. He has not replied. Don’t ever go here. Bad service, dangerous shuttle driver, service staff with attitude, and no courtesy vehicles. Cheap, badly run, lazy staff. Never again.

I checked the code at my mechanic who does my oil changes. Truck is over-consuming oil and had P0301, a misfiring 1st cylinder. Truck is 4 years old and has 53k miles on it, and they wouldn’t even check it. Light is on again. Please make this right, Nick.

I will Never deal with them.a Company that wants TRIPLE MSRP because the sales guy thinks they have something hot. Hope finds out that we were willing to buy 50 trucks for the fleet.

Quick, smooth and easy transaction.
Price was as good as it could be in this current economy, I paid MSRP for a 2022 full size Bronco. They did not push me into any Extras.
It was a quick, very straight forward experience.

Customer service is terrible. The manger I spoke to was extremely aggressive and rude. I was treated with such disrespect I felt the need to come and write a review about it. This experience was incredibly unpleasant. I have been to multiple car dealerships of other brands in the past month and this was by far the WORST experience. TL;DR I could never recommend anyone shop for a ford at this location. If you do, please be firm in your decisions and DO NOT let management bully and push you into anything.

I came to the dealership on a whim due to other business in the area. I have a lot of brand loyalty but was curious to try something new. The sales representative on the lot was respectful enough asking the basic questions and doing his due diligence. Whenever I am shopping for a car, I immediately set the expectation of JUST LOOKING. All was well and good until I declined the test drive and whatever drive promo they currently have going on. The sales rep while still doing his best to be polite did his best. When I asked for a card he brought my inside. I assumed to grab a card but no, he brought me to his manager.
This was by far the worst interaction with a member of management I have ever had the displeasure of having. I tried to explain to him I was just curious about the brand and only looking. I did not want to do a test drive. I was repeatedly grilled about test drive or when I want to do business. I did not want to give this information because I did not agree to come back. This conversation then took a turn for the worst with comments around "well the rep felt as if you were being apprehensive"
Yes, I get nervous when pushed to make a deal or so something I do not want to do. I did not once disrespect the representative nor was I rude to him. I too have worked in sales and customer service, I know how to treat people with basic dignity and respect. I wish management at Worthington Ford knew the same.
The next comment I remember is "you came to us, we didn't come to you. " In what world, do you tell a customer who is already on the fence and trying to leave this? I stopped in out of curiosity and trying to switch from my usual car brand. The rude remark of "well what do you do" was also extremely inappropriate for the context of our "conversation. " I answered with my occupation. I feel as though the manger tried to smooth over the negative tone of the conversation with empty half-hearted complements. I finally got the business card and left anxious with a terrible taste in my mouth.
To look at this business card, and see I was treated so poorly by a MANGER working in sales is shocking to say the least. This was my first and last experience with the Ford Brand.

First of all I was told I would get my car back the same day, never got a call, had to call multiple times to follow up and the department never answered their phones. Next day still never got a call, had to follow up, they said they would cal me when it was done, never got a call. Luckily I called right before close and they told me it was done. Something that was supposed to take 5 hours took 42 hours because of lack of communication

My Service advisor is the best. As a woman, it is very intimidating to get service at a dealership.
Jose Rodriguez at Worthington Ford has been such a blessing because he is always so thorough with the explanation of what my car needs and why. He is very respectful of my time and money. I am always very confident that my car is taken care of and safe for me to drive.

These guys always take care of my truck, Jose is really good about being pretty helpful with what I need. Wish they’d wash the truck when they do the oil changes and maintenance but other than that they’re great about everything

This is the closest Ford dealership to my house. They are generally very pleasant on the phone. And helpful. It's a larger dealership it feels like so they tend to have plenty of availability for service. I can't comment on whether they have a lot of cars and stock or not because I haven't purchased from them. It appears that they do though. Prices seem fair. Though. I haven't had major service from them. Only the regular oil change plus tune-up style services. I return here because they are pretty helpful about getting appointments when you need them. And they have a courtesy shuttle that'll take me home which is helpful.
