Terrible customer service they made a mistake on my bill and Raul was very unprofessional and rude i will call corporate Monday

As I walked in I was treated as a welcome gest I was walked through the area where I was to see the I needed allong with other items the respect and attention given was impeccable I will came back again professionalism tops it all LOVE it.

I like it but no XXL in men's size. Tees, jackets, or pants. Shoes are nice but I didn't find anything I like. All in all, nice people here, good customer service

They are always having good deals on shoes customer service are very helpful. Place is never really crowded and thats what I like

Overall this place is close to many homes around Norwalk as a shoe store, but when you want to get real discounts, I wouldn't recommend this place. Eventually on certain situations there are great discounts, but not all the time. Most of the shoes here surpass the $70 amount for those looking for cool shoes to wear, and only select shoes are under $50, which are usually shoes that are very old and not very modern or fashionable.

I’ve been trying to call the store for the past hour. No one is answering and the dial tone just keeps on going and going. Terrible customer service.

Jorge was very helpful. He placed my order and helped find all the sizes i was looking for since i bought multiple shoes.he was very patient when i was looking for my coupon codes in my email.

I went on a Saturday and it was not too crowded. Had the sizes I was looking for and the shoe selection is what I would expect of them. Their store seems a bit smaller than some of the other locations and as a result their clothing selection is smaller.

Prices are reasonable and the mailed coupons are an added bonus.

I like shopping shoes for all my family, there are always what I looking for many styles and good prices better than others also they have a reward card so you can get points an discounts.

Staffs friendly and respectful tbey even help me save money but suggestion items that were on sale.
