Amazing Customer Service from the Manager! They had a pair of blue /black Nike's I've been wanting forever but I couldn't find them no where. The store had them but not in my size. He went above and beyond to find the shoe for me at another location. I finally have them! I'm so happy! I highly recommend this location notonly due to great prices, but the excellent Customer Service!

Love using the WSS card, I can get points for purchases and once I reach a certain amount of points I can get a $10 discount on any pair of shoes.

Honestly they don't really have a great variety of slide slippers with memory foam and I was disappointed because the website said they did I called the store and they said they did and I went to visit in person I was bummed out I don't think I'm going to go here again.

I ordered a pair of Jordans online and had it so that I could pick them up in store. The order was said to have been processed in 3-5 business days, which ended up taking 12 days. After the order finally came, my order was cancelled because the pending transaction has taken so long to process. Don’t recommend this store or this business. Shoddy service, not willing to take care of its customers.

Great selection, prices for Reebok's are cheaper than on Reebok website. You can check inventory of a particular size and model on website before you go, and it's accurate. Helpful and friendly associates.

The place is one of the most descent places to shop shoes at, they have an outstanding selection of shoes to choose from, helpfull staff to help you out in the best way possible n if u really like a shoe n if u really want it they provide you with online assistance n male sure you get wat u really want, place is one of the best in the area so far!

Bigger and better! They moved the old store in Anaheim off Lincoln and Euclid to this location Lincoln at State College in the Anaheim Town Square. It’s really nice the new lay out feels different in a good way. Everyone is helpful and nice from staff to the security. They have a wide selection of shoes and apparel! The sale items are a great steal I find amazing shoes for 50% off or more all the time. Recently bought some SB dunks for $29! Will continue to shop and support WSS!

Inexpensive all name brand kicks, with plenty of styles to choose from.friendly staff an very knowledgeable, an helpful browse at your leisure. Didn't have a problem dropping a couple of billies there on kicks and apparel. Check it out sometime it worth a looksi.

Really good place to go shopping for shoes and socks and is really good place because they sometimes send you discounts through your mail and you can use them but you have yo check when it is due boy I think it's the best place to go shopping for shoes and socks and other things

I've never been in the place. It's near a stop where I wait for the bus. They seem to have quite a selection of sneakers, the so-called name brands. They're open till 10 most days sometimes a little later. The ads they have on the windows claim that sneakers aren't shoes. Maybe I kinda sorta agree. To me sneakers are more like house slippers. It's hardly the Garden of Eden out on the streets.

I kept on getting follow around the store because of my pigments was dark.but on a lighter side I did like the selection that they had and actually got to get my young daughter a nice pair of rain boots. God have MERCY on us all!

Good selection. Great friendly staff. New management is great! Jackie was a huge help! They do carry sizes above 10 contrary to other reviews. 1 unisex bathroom. New app for deals. Additional parking in the rear.

It depends what store location not all customer service is the same. Store in Fullerton customer service was great.

If you're not picky about selection, it's okay. I wasn't able to find any quality flip flops, just those flimsy ones, and these monster looking ones from Nike. I opted to go somewhere else. I did however, get generic Nike flip flops for my other half. There's always someone by the door, which is weird, like a greeter, except they just always look at you. It's also never full, I've never seen more than 2-3 groups at a time, which is great.

Great place to buy work shoes, nice selection. Eddie was awesome, very helpful and nice. I will definitely be back!
