I felt that the business was understaffed during the afternoon today, but all the asscociates were not only helpful, they went above and beyond in customer service, doing what they could to make sure everyone found what they were looking for. Thank you all!

I thought I'd get any discount for being president's Day, I guess they dismissed it, even being a member so it's not that good to buy here on those special discount days

Service is average at best, but the employees aren't to blame. They keep store very presentable.

I liked this store, first time I've been here. My friend and I picked up some sweet Jordans. I thought the selection would be bigger though. Lot of the shoes I liked weren't in the store but I found a pair eventually.

I'm getting real tired of these stores advertising one thing but when you get to the checkout counter, coupons only apply to certain shoes or you can't use with BOGO, so exactly WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON. Quit trying to blow smoke up my a%#.

It's a cool place for my kids and wife but not for me I'm big dude 4x tees but I can never find size 14 shoes. It would be cool if you guys start have bigger shoe sizes 14,15

They look at you all the time like if you’re gonna steal something, that’s really annoying, they gotta respect your space.

Wences and Jocelyn were good help but store was really hot need to turn the AC up because store was really stinky.

Lots and lots and lots and lots of the SAME SIZE SHOES! Looks like a lot of inventory, but ALL the same! Sad.so sad!

Great customer service. Always a clean store. There are always employees around that are asking you if they can help you with anything, while you are walking around the store.

Big store but the service here is skim. Couldn't find anyone to help, had to walk up to register to request help.

The customer service here is awesome they greet u at the door and when looking for shoes if u don't see the ones in your size they will try and find them for u.

Good selection, seems that the store have a theft problem, employees are watching to people like if everyone walking in is going to walk out not paying for merchandise

The only person here that even welcomed me or said a word to me was the Door guy. The sale floor employee moved and acted like Zombies. Honestly this place once had great customer service but that drastically and sadly has changed.

Found the shoes I had been looking for they have lots of variety better than the shoe stores at the mall where they don't even want to check in the back for the shoe size you ask them for they just say they don't have it. And the best part is I was able to use a $10 off coupon I got in the mail.

Clean store, lots of options, great deals, received a surprise coupon at checkout for $25 off when I buy $65 or more, I highly recommend this store.
