It is really clean in the building and ok service but the restroom is absolutely disgusting there was no toilet paper and paper was over flow in the trash

First time in this location, yes you need to ask for assistance but would be nice if greeted when entering the building, just like the one @Lincoln heights

I remember when shoes were affordable but as long as the shoes look good I dont care about the brand. Found some good filas under $40:)

Workers fallowed me around the whole store asking me if I wanted help. When I ask what was a price to a shirt that had none on it a white t shirt. By the way when I found out price. $29 for a plane white t stirt no thanks. They were rude and lightweight racist.

Very nice respectable employees. One male employee did not stop until he found the shoes I wanted.

Place sucks first they don't even have the new in line.staff isn't helpful at all.no help at all

They were on me tough they thought i was going to teal bc i came in there looking like a bumb but little did they know that i waa bollin and came out with some new jays they was hattin on me tough

Needs better customer service, employees need to be helpful and be more attentive to customer needs,

I have found pretty good deals on shoes but I'm giving this place two stars due to the fact that I kind of feel that their "rewards card" is a scam. I have had the same card for about 4 years or so and it seems like every time I reach my "rewards discount" they can never find my account through the card. It's been exactly 3 separate occasions in those 4 years when that has happened and as of today I'm done with this store. I'm not sure if it's just happening with this store specifically but if you're buying here with hopes that you might get a future discount be weary that they might just tell you that there is no information on your card.

I have been looking everywhere for a pair of white long socks (it really should be easier to find them) and I found them here finally. But I waited in line just to be told that they weren’t taking card only cash. Wasted my time coming here.

Great prices, great styles, and great service. 2 pairs $40 bucks. Savings select styles, and also bogo prices. Great for holidays and family shopping for clothes, bags, and shoes (causal or sneakers)

Very poor costumer quality service the gangs surrounded this place everytime sure they struggle with this matter

Not much range of shoes. Employees with attitude. Clean but the worst I've seen so far. Wouldn't recommend.

Store is always clean and staff is always available to help when a box is out of reach. They have extra parking so that's a plus.

Limited sizes.worse c.s I've ever experienced.no one is around to ask for help. I had to get the latter my self to find a size!

NOT A WIDE SELECTION OF SHOES AND FALSE ADVERTISING THE PRICES ARE NOT ACCURATE whole store has really upgraded with some current styles the staff don't really do much work Other than stocking and working in the front besides they don't really have a working attitude needs some work.
