My recent visit to this tire shop left me deeply troubled and disheartened. The experience I had at this establishment was not only deceitful but also bordered on the unethical. It is my duty to share this cautionary tale, so others may be spared from a similar encounter.

In my initial attempt to mount my motorcycle tire, I realized I needed professional assistance. Seeking help, I approached this tire shop and inquired about the cost. To my surprise, the two employees engaged in a conversation in Spanish, discussing my request amongst themselves. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, they provided me with a seemingly reasonable quote of $10 to complete the mounting, considering the tire was already 90% on. Appreciating the competitive pricing, I agreed to their offer.

However, my experience took a dark turn upon my return to settle the bill. As I pulled into the shop, a sense of unease washed over me, triggered by the menacing gaze of the owner, who exuded an aura of hostility. Stepping out of my truck, I was met with an attitude steeped in aggression as he abruptly asked, "What can I do for you? " His tone was laced with a palpable air of disdain. Politely expressing my purpose—collecting my motorcycle tire—I watched as he begrudgingly retrieved it. Upon his return, I asked if he had change for a $20 bill, hoping to provide the exact agreed-upon amount of $10. Shockingly, he brazenly disregarded our initial agreement and insisted on charging me an exorbitant $25 instead. It was at this moment that the situation escalated to an alarming level of coercion.

The owner's deplorable behavior became increasingly apparent as he threatened to dismount the tire if I refused to pay the inflated amount of $25. This act of extortion left me appalled and shocked by the sheer audacity displayed. I found myself caught between a rock and a hard place, forced to either succumb to his unjust demands or face the consequences of having my tire removed.

The manner in which the owner conducted himself throughout this entire ordeal was utterly reprehensible. It is deeply troubling to encounter such a flagrant disregard for fair business practices and customer satisfaction. The threats and manipulation tactics employed by the owner only serve to reinforce the warning I share with you now—avoid this tire shop at all costs.

In light of this disconcerting experience, I implore you to seek out alternative establishments that prioritize integrity and treat their customers with respect. Let us collectively denounce such unscrupulous behavior and support businesses that uphold the principles of honesty, transparency, and genuine customer care.

Tire had a screw in it and they guy had the nerve to charge 80 dollars for a used tire wasn’t even going to let me see what condition it was in.went down the street and paid 55 $ for a almost brand new used tire.will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there unless you want to get ripped off

If you want to be scammed and have your rims scratched please come here, they will tell you they have name branded tires, take your car and put some cheap ones on saying it’s from the same brand, 3rd party after they already put the cheap ones on for the same price as the ones you originally came for. Rude owner, should have drove off - the damage was already done to ALL rims. Could have said forget it and put the old ones one but then you there’s the risk of more scratches on the rims. Stay far away from these scammers.

The worst possible place to go. The only reason I stopped there is because I got a flat tire near there. One cannot get more unprofessional than that place. I'm in my mid-sixties and that has to be the worst customer service out of any establishment I've ever been to in the world! My recommendation drive a little further down the street. If there was such a thing as lower than one or send them to hell I definitely would!

Thought everything was fine after purchasing 2 used tires.friendly service great prices quick and extremely knowledgeable.here comes the BUT. I went to do my brakes the following week and I could not break the lugs! All 310 lbs was jumping on a star attempting to loosen the 1st tire. Xaviers air pressure was sooooo high that I had to take it to a shop to loosen the lugs (ALL OF THEM) when they removed them they showed me the lugs.all were damaged and the socket to remove said lugs had a lot of play from them being stripped.had to purchase all new lugs from dealer. Won't be returning.
