If I can give a negative 10 stars I would. Probably the most unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest company I have EVER dealt with. They take pride in knowing they make their tenants miserable. They don’t answer their calls and will not call you back even when leaving them a message. Beware of their lies, unprofessional business practices, greed and dishonesty. Take your business elsewhere!

Just absolutely railroaded us on our security deposit. Had a pre inspection that obviously did not matter at all. Said our house smelled like cigarettes and not 1 cig was ever smoked in the house in 5 years. Charged us 800 for that. Had house professionally cleaned still charged us a cleaning fee. Said the walls were fine and then charged us 500 for something that would have taken 20 min to patch. Charged us 100 for 3 cig butts in front of the house. Charged us for remotes we returned. Whole thing is a absolute joke. Do not recommend. They plan on keeping your money no matter what.

I had the faucet replaced in my bathroom. The repairman was on time, knowledgeable and quick.

Have been pleased with Xepco managing my property. I had a charge for weather stripping and a temporary a/c unit that I thought was a little excessive but other than that I am very pleased. Xepco continues to do a good job managing my property and communication has been excellent.

We have used the rental management service from Xepco for the last four years. We are very pleased with the fact that the property has only been vacant for a week or two between renters, and we truly believe that the customer service group from Xepco does what is necessary to help with any aspect of the condo rental. From screening renters, to providing continuous updates on the condition of the property and facilitating any needed repairs, we have nothing but positive things to say about this company and their customer focused staff. Keep up the great work!

My initial signature on lease rejected, terms of lease changed on revision sent back to me for signature, revised lease excluded multiple appliances from maintenance. One week delay to receive working mailbox key. Amenities fob needed to be picked up at my expense at undisclosed office 20 minute drive away. Friendly.

Vermin infestations have been a recurring nightmare since late 2022, with management initially refusing assistance and leaving me to clean rat nesting materials myself.
Despite repeated requests, the issue persists, affecting other tenants too.

Security concerns arose when my car was stolen, and I learned that the promised parking lot security cameras were fake.

Maintenance and upkeep are a consistent struggle; Xepco rarely takes initiative for repairs, and the workmanship is subpar.

My three years here have been marked by endless battles to maintain a livable environment.
This property management company's lack of responsiveness and disregard for tenant well-being is disheartening. I wouldn't recommend Xepco to anyone seeking a safe and well-maintained space.

So far renting through Xepco has been amazing. Sarah has been so helpful and wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reputable property management company.

Sometimes communication on on tree repair or gardening is a bit off or misunderstood otherwise experience is quite positive thx
