When it's over 100° outside and there's nowhere to sit inside the store and then they tell you to go outside and wait until they call your name and your senior citizen that can't stand up and you're stuck with a cane and they say well there's no where to sit outside either that's some pretty weak stuff. Very very serious about the safety of their customers and staff. They follow all protocols. There staff are ready to help.

My 84 year old father was in your store today and was treated so rudely I want to scream. He’s on oxygen and recovering from lung cancer so for him to even attempt to go anywhere is a hardship. He was yelled at and told they could not help him without his driver’s license. His license was in his car and he asked the employee if he could get it because just walking into the store he was out of breath. The man told him “I’m not going out to your car and I can’t help you, there’s nothing I can do for you”. Needless to say when his contract is up at the end of the month he will be switching. Come on people show some common decency

If you like to waste your time, be lied to and be billed monthly for it then this is the place for you!

Juan and Eric are terrific. We switched from Direct TV.

We signed up through Costco Antioch several years ago. The bill started out at $39 a month and crept up to $176.77 with NFL Sunday Ticket, a Direct TV exclusive for 25 years.

It’s criminal how Direct TV “penalizes” existing long-standing customers and “subsidizes” new business with $300 Costco gift cards and highly discounted rates the first year and then “gouges” customers moving forward. Calling Direct TV/AT&T is a nightmare. We’re often on the phone at an India or Philippines call center shuffled from one poorly trained rep to another.

Recently Direct TV Retention Department convinced us to stay offering $90 a month with NFL Sunday Ticket only to renege. That’s why we switched to Xfinity.

AT&T DSL claims 50 mbps but when you run Speed Test it clicks at 18 mbps. Our Xfinity Blast Pro claims 250 mbps but when you run Speed Test it clocks at 278 mbps - huge difference from AT&T.

The bundled package we have from Xfinity is 1G four times our old plan and 20 times AT&T. We have VOIP phone and Premier TV with Voice Command, Hitz, Sports, Showtime, Stars, Netflix, TMC, NFL Redzone, and NO CONTRACT for $222 a month.

It sounds like a lot of money but compared with what we paid for Internet, TV, phone, and Netflix it’s considerably less. We were paying DirectTV $176.77, Xfinity $133.65 and Netflix $15.99 for a total of $326.41 a savings of $104 a month with four times the Internet speed we currently have and 20 times what AT&T claims, and five optional entertainment apps we didn’t have previously.

No contract with Xfinity with very few problems versus a two year contract and considerable problems with AT&T/Direct TV was a “no-brainer” for our family.

Ok. I guess. Waited a decent amount of time. Very nice people at least. To bad the company is overcharging everyone. Charge way to much for cable internet and phone bundled. Better off if you go separate. Saved half doing that.

My visit here was very disappointing. I was trying to downgrade my service because I don't use a home phone but they said that my bill would be more expensive if I wanted to get rid of my phone service. Does this make any sense to anyone?

The worst
The workers were in full gossip mode (3) males while the woman (1) tried to accommodate (12) of us waiting to handle business. I myself just wanted to make my monthly payment. Horrible service at this Brentwood location,
They should definitely get themselves a talk show rather than work for xfinity.
43 minutes wait. I left vowing to never return

This store usually has a bit of a wait but today we were in and out in under 10 minutes. The guy that helped us was a little clueless about the remotes but we knew the information already so it wasn't a big deal. Very pleased with the service today!

We visited the store today to get my daughter a new phone, and Eric was extremely helpful and efficient. We were only there for an hour and left with a new phone, all new cable boxes, and a new modem. Oh, and according to my daughter, Eric is a dime piece. Thanks for your help Eric!

Would have given 5 stars except all the people had to come back the next day. The system was down and they let us sit there calling no one because they could not help without the computer. Went back the next day and then somehow my name got dropped from the list. After they helped 3 people who came in after me, I complained and then was waited on. The young man who helped me was great, and all the problems were solved.

I went to the Comcast store in Brentwood at 9: 15am and I was greeted by the most caring and professional staff. I was helped quickly and efficiently. In and out in a very reasonable time.

No help what so ever. This place needs more people that actually work not some laid back people who don’t care.

This review is more for people looking for a new Comcast account.

Had to wait 30 days for installation and finally cancelled the service. Sonic and ATT are providing better service in this area.

Very friendly personnel at this location, but very long wait times. I recently went to swap out a malfunctioning remote, but after waiting 30 minutes, the staff had only completed helping one (1) person! Had to leave and will have to go back again. Very friendly, but also very slow!

I've returned a small cable box to the balfour store years ago and they still are charging me for it. I went to return 2 other boxes not being used and an x1 small box that never worked since I had the system (under 2years). I also came in to pay a bill. The wait for help was about 20 minutes, 4 people before me and 6 after. I came in to pay a bill a little over $300 and was told another number i asked why and than they asked me for my ID. Almost 18 years of being a Comcast customer and it just gets worst. I didnt bring my wallet only the cash to pay the bill. When I make a payment over the phone or inquire they ask about my Social and thats it. I gave my Social to them and they still asked for my id at the comcast store. So i made a payment at the kiosk and left with the notion this is probably the last time i am coming to this poorly ran business.
