Dropped off a modem and did not require any other service from them. They wanted me to wait to talk to a Comcast service representative to ostensibly get a receipt. I waited for 10 minutes before I realized I would be there for at least an hour and could not figure out why. The person processing you into the store could not give us a reason as to why we needed to wait after she took the modem. I just walked out.

There were not enough people to handle volume of customers and they did not seem to be in a hurry.

Extremely poor customer service. Rep was rude and gave bogus information. Told him that I want to update my existing TV boxes to the latest 4K UHD, i.e. XG1v4 and Xi6 but was flatly denied citing that I don't need it because Xfinity does not have any programs or channels in 4K UHD at this time. Furthermore, I was told that XG1v4 is no longer in production because of the overheat problems and not available until August 2021. None of these are true because I called Xfinity 800 number afterwards and was able to order a starter kit for both units but have to pay a shipping fee of $15.00. Comcast/ Xfinity at Grafton can do much better than this by hiring qualified and courteous personnel!

Returning equipment is easy. Long as you bring what you are supposed to. Less than 2 minute wait, in and out in under 10 min.

Poor customer service, I made appointment trying to upgrade my old phone, the staff, "Mike" is very rude, he insisted to have my wife present to verify all the information about my home internet account. I explained to him that I only want to upgrade my phone and I can provide all account access or have my wife call in, even with that, he still refused to serve me. From the appointment instruction, nothing mentioned I have to bring my wife for phone upgrade. Wasting one hour of my precious time!

Aggressively unfriendly. Made an appointment online, was snapped at upon arrival to the store to stand in line to check in, then had to wait in line again after checking in. Why make an appointment at all? At least the staff were all rude.

The person that helped us at this store gave us a cable box that was program wrong. Spent over 2.5 hours at home on the phone with xfinity!

There is no communication between the actual store and the company. The phone customer care sends people to the store, which doesn’t even carry the equipment they advertise and represent, but the phone customer care was supposed to ship it. They admitted there is a major lack of communication between the two, yet “there is nothing they can do about it, sorry! ”
The manager was rude, and not at all in any sort of mood to be helpful. Choose another service provider. You will be better off.

The wait everytime I go there is about 15 to 20 min. Not terrible but its usually better than trying to resolve issues on the phone with their horrid phone customer service (in my experience anyways). Although last time I saw someone come sign in after me and get called before me which I was peeved at. Oh well.

Super easy and fast to switch from Verizon to Xfinity mobile. Way cheaper and still using Verizon cell towers

Got home after being told they could save my DVR recordings in the box upgrade. Got home and all the recordings were lost.
Tired of the problems. Absolutely nothing is straight forward here.

I have had Comcast for less than a week, and right off the bad the router they gave me was a dud. Had to go drive back and exchange it. Then when we setup the cable, we realized the box they gave us didn’t have HD or recording capabilities. Thankfully they scan everything that goes out the door so when we called to fix the issue with the cable box, they could tell right away that yes we were supposed to have a cable box with HD and record cababilities, but no that’s not what we were given at the store. Not off to a good start Comcast!

If they have enough spare cash to sponsor a NASCAR series you have to stop and think why? And where? Where did they get all that money and why would they sponsor NASCAR, who cares about NASCAR? Very few.
This company is a rip off from the top to the bottom. The people who work retail in these places are culpable because they get to see the customer's frustration first hand. Watch your monthly bill, it will prove my point. The biggest problem in America is Big Business.

I am always in and out of this store quickly. The staff knows their stuff. They are willing to help you save money but also get the most bang for your buck, which I really appreciate!

Easy check-in options.staffs are well behaving and I had liked the way they deal with the tasks.ample parking! Never knew walk in store could save so much time!

Comcast is the business you love to hate. But, the few times I have been to this store, they have always treated me well and fixed the issues I had.

Walked in and had a great service experience. Danny was the person who helped me. He knew his stuff and had some really good recommendations.
