Very accommodating staff. We had andres helping us for 2 hours and was very patient with answering questions. We were switching from AT&T to xfinity for the first time and he really made the process smooth. We ended up going until closing time but they were never rude about rushing us making sure that everything was working properly.

So f slow. I just want drop off my equipment. Took me 1 hour. Never purchase any Xfinity service ever. I Swear!

Terribly slow Xfinity location. Everyone working very slowly, chatting, and letting customers wait forever. Things that should take one minute to solve such as equipment return shouldn't take this long. Other locations are much faster with dedicated return places where it's just going in, dropping off and going out again.

I had a HORRIBLE UNNECESSARY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS! The only redeeming thing was manager David otherwise service is nonexistent!

I started my service with xfinity little over a year ago. I think I set up my service online and it was very easy. Went to this store to pick up the router rental, and I didn't wait in line at all. Sales guy was nice. Now, after my first year discount ended, I decided to switch to fiber with another company (faster & cheaper) and purchase my own router. I requested a callback to cancel the service and the representative was also very nice. I politely told him I had already set up the new service so I was ready to cancel. They gave me a refund for the 1 day of my service that remained in my billing cycle even though I said it didn't matter. The rented router can just be dropped off at the UPS store and they will box it and ship it back. (I might take it to the store myself.) But I have to say I had such a good customer service experience overall with Xfinity that I felt like I needed to write a good review.

Sales associate was dismissive to customers, and lacked knowledge of the services offered. DID NOT HELP US AT ALL!

Terrible experience, waste my time to deal with the tricky guys, the price is totally different after you sign the contract, they just want you pay more on the bills and they could get more on the commission

The lady named Ana did a fraudulent job to our account we went to another location to fix the mess she did she sold us a contract with lies she said we were suppose to pay a certain amount and once we checked the number was higher very unprofessional and low

I was initially afraid to go to this store because there are so many horrible reviews. But I decided to just go ahead to the store and see what I could do because I tried to just switch to AT&t but unfortunately their routers don't connect to a coaxial cable, so I had to stick with Xfinity.

Anyway, I went into the store. There were two employees standing in the front area. They greeted me. They were kind. One said he liked my hair. They let me know the one of them would be helping me. The person that helped me started out by trying to find my information because I was having an account issue. When that didn't work out, we sat down and he helped me create a new account. There was another glitch with my account so he took some time to go back and chat with his supervisor to figure things out. He figured it out. He rang me up for my purchase. He got me what I needed. He even wrote down some extra information just in case I ran into any more issues with the setup process, and then I went home.

And listen. I haven't had internet for 2 weeks and it has been very stressful and getting the runaround from calling customer service and having to deal with this issue while having to work full-time and being in the middle of unpacking all of my things was really hard. So I understand why some people leave horrible reviews and say the customer service is bad. As somebody who has worked in customer service for over a decade: when somebody comes in super upset and they're not able to take responsibility for their feelings and instead are really sassy and rude with people who are just trying to do their job.those people get bad customer service. You get what you give. People that work at places are still people ya'll.

It took some time but it all got handled in the end and I did not feel the need to give the employees a hard time and they were super helpful and everything was great and now I have f****** Wi-Fi which is how I'm leaving this review. Great job Xfinity store folks!

Unfortunately agree so slow took an hour for something that should have taken 15min. When I got home bill said something I asked three times to get removed, with agreement in store. Make sure everything is over clarified and speak up when something is taking too long. Ask a Manger to come over or something

Employees here work like snails, they make the customers wait and it took me soo long to just drop off the equipment. Very rude!

Very frustrating experience at this location. This store charged me for renting internet equipment for 7 months when I have had my own modem for all 7 months. I requested a refund through an agent over the phone who told me I could only get refunded 4 out of the 7 months over the phone. The agent told me I needed to request the rest of the refund in store. I go into the store, and I get 3 out of the 7 months credited back to me. However, once I checked my account I noticed that the store’s credit is the only refund showing up. In addition, the rental fee was still being applied to my next statement. So I go back into the store to ask about the status of the refund that the agent issued over the phone and taking the rental fee off of future billing cycles. The employees I spoke with told me to call a number because they cannot deal with billing issues within the store, which completely contradicts the experience I had with them just the day before where I was able to get a partial refund. Not only did they fail to hold themselves accountable for incorrectly charging me in the first place, they refused to provide me with an email confirmation of the agent’s refund and taking the rental fee off of future billing cycles. It makes absolutely no sense for me to have to go from the phone, to in-person, and then to the phone again. Just very dishonest practices here all-around.

I have never seen any slower service than this one.u guys need to take training from at&t across the street.literally been 20 minutes and there are 3 people in front of me and the line hasn’t moved.

I wish I could give zero stars. The literal worst website ever, which is mind-boggling given their service is providing internet. Spent over two hours trying to set up a simple account, which should've taken no more than 5 minutes. Absurd.

The lady didn't help me at all she asked me for some documentation that I didn't need. I feel like she was on her phone and she just didn't wanna attend to me
