Trying to reach a human is almost impossible. They take your money and then they aren't reachable. Their automated system sucks.

You have a worker named Solo there. He gave me so much incorrect and false information that I left and almost completely gave up on Xfinity mobile. Ended up doing all of my setup online. I literally cannot believe how wrong he was on almost all aspects of trade in and phone number transfers. He was completely confusing and also now talking to Xfinity customer care I know he was giving WRONG ANSWERS!

Lying, Cheating, Stealing Disgrace of a company! Horrible by ANY standard! They have no number direct or indirect to their corporate offices @ 1701 JFK Blvd Philadelphia, PA 19103. You are wasting your time to file a dispute - you will NEVER get back the money they steal (I was billed for 6 set top boxes but only have 3 for 3 TVs) Long time customer = long time theft by them. There should be a special place in hell for this company.

I had a pleasant experience at this Xfinity Store a few weeks ago. I picked up new equipment, and updated my internet plan, and walked away spending a lot less each month. My only gripe is that even with an appointment, I sat & waited for 15-20 mins. I can't imagine the wait without an appointment!

We have been trying to get Comcast (now xfinity) to remove a modem from our account that burned along with our house in Nov. 2018. Notified them in Dec 2018 and repeatedly after. Each time we were told it would be removed, no problem, but it wasn’t. After MANY phone calls and visits to their store the modem was removed around the middle of this year. However, they did not do a refund, patience does not always pay off…A new round of calls (up to 7 now) and they credited only $100 of the $600+ overcharged. Enough is enough. Will be filing with the FCC and BBB at minimum regarding their business practices. Thinking Starlink is sounding better and better.

Garbage! I came In to the office today on my lunch and there was 7 people ahead of me so Oscar made an app for me to come back after work at 6. I came in and for my appointment and no record of him making an appointment for me so I was put down as a walk in. Then after a few minutes they call a person that got there after me. Pure chaos! Always have problems with them from day one the entire time. I tried to take care of this by phone but of course that was a problem too. They wanted my card information on there and me to sign up for paperless before o could move forward to cancel my cable services.
I hate you xfinity!

Worst location, horrible lighting, no customer service. Go to Arden and avoid being scammed. They don't have anything in stock

The worst wifi I’ve ever had, will bill you extra money every month and not refund you and tell you it’s “service fees” when already paying for the service, will make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel, I canceled it and they charged me for a full month and say it’s for the wifi we used when it’s not even working, it’s off and cancelled and they still are trying to charge more money to my card

All the people who work here are so nice and they always do a great job of explaining things to me whenever I come in. I feel awful for them though, whenever I do come in there’s always some old bat screaming about some nonsense. It’s very uncomfortable seeing customers treat employees or really anyone like that.

Parking is limited up close to store but otherwise they are perfect. Great customer service and affordable prices. Watch a movie while you wait. But l highly recommend making an appointment.

Horrible prices poor customer service did not get what I wanted TWICE. So done with cable TV side but unfortunately best internet in my area.

The staff here are very helpful and kind. Sometimes you have to wait for over an hour to get your problems taken care of.

Customer service helped what they could. Prices are ridiculous. Why I can get LA, Ca streaming news, but I can't get local new in Chico, Ca, without paying $100. Makes no sense

Worst company for wifi i’ve ever had. Only wifi company in my area I would switch in a heart beat if I could.
