Went in thought it was only a internet store, but found out they do mobile too since i’m have internet. Kimble did a great job. Got unlimited and he offered a plan where i brought my other 4 lines and it was still half the cost what I was paying. Only downside was people kept asking for his help.but i could see why. He’s now my go to mobile guy. Reminds me of a young Keanu Reeves. Straight to the point.

Sent me home with a new cable box saying it was the same I had. It wasn't so I brought it back, then was told the one I have at home is wrong. I asked for an appt to install it and employee wrote a date and time on a piece of paper. I asked for a confirmation number. "Don't need one". No one showed up and there was no record of the appt so I had to wait another week. Tech came out and said it's not a new box but a new remote I need. So I'll be taking the new box back again! Great. I wasted weeks dealing with the incompetence at this store but that's pretty typical of Comcast.

These people make Jackals look generous. Can't believe this place stays in business given the level of contempt they have for "customers. " We need to bust up this monopoly and cast the pieces to the wind for disinfection.

Worse customer service i have ever experienced by Mr.nate i was trying to get help on purchasing some phone lines his rude attitude plus the way he looks at mexicans or the way he excuses them because he doesn’t even want to try to speak to them horrible will not recommend coming here asked to speak to manager an refused said he would take me out if i would like to.you guys need to do better on who you hire specially if your a busy store

An hour wait to talk to a person. He not only wouldn't honor my on line order that failed to be processed, he messed up a new order for the same phone.

I got supposedly a free phone for transferring a number from another carrier, but it i guess the person that help me was just trying to get a sale, and lied to me! Careful check your bills

The Customer Service here is HORRIFIC. 2 weeks ago I waited 1.5 hours to be told by Kimball I needed to call about my phone not charging and was sold a wireless charger for almost $50. Came to return charger 2 days ago and was told by Kimball I had to make an appointment to return the charger. I'm now back. ZERO STARS isn't low enough. I'd prefer negative stars. Praying I am able to return it without issues. As I'm waiting in line Nate is speaking terrible to an older gentleman horribly. I regret switching from Verizon to Xfinty Mobile Services.

Absolutely the worst company on the planet! Can't make a payment! Tried 5 different cards including my debit card and customer service is clueless as to how to help. There are plenty of funds but comes back with a "different error" each time a card is run. And they claim its not their problem. Good luck getting paid MFs!

My 90-year-old moms been getting spam calls from Comcast or Xfinity in New York City she tries to address this with the local phone number and they say there's no promotions going on from that area and now her cable and tv is completely turned off and they don't even know anything about it and why that's the she's been approached in this way.

I enjoyed getting the help I needed here. A man named I believe Carlos helped me out big time. I bundled my phone and my internet together which pretty much eliminated most of my other bill. In other words I’m gonna be saving a bunch of money. I didn’t know my phone was already unlocked or I could’ve gotten it all done that day. Thanks guys and I’ll give you all perfect 10s every time.

Recently switched 3 of my phones to xfinity mobile. Worst decision I have made in a long time. It is impossible to talk with a person. They bill you and you cannot access your account. They literally take money from you and you don't even get to see a bill. They say there plans are cheap but they make it so you immediately have to upgrade to get the same level of service you are used to. Device protection is more expensive then other providers. They say you get $100 for bringing your own device, but you don't and you never will. This is the worat cell service ever. Oh, and it's not linked to your current xfinity services so you now have 2 bills a month instead of 1. Alao you have to use different login information then your current account.

Lines out the door all day long. Nice employees for the most part, but they're frustrated as hands are tied by corporate incompetence for billing and connectivity issues.

Was crowded when my wife and I went. The service was good, though, and it was the first time we went to the Santa Rosa location.

When I arrived I was greeted by friendly employees. I was asked to take a seat and wait for an available representative. Then I was helped by Joshua H.who provided quick assistance with picking up my equipment.

Xfinity/Comcast is customer friendly service. Trevor the office Manager is very helpful and Professionally Polite. He is knowledgeable with the new updated Xfinity /comcast features and happy to answer any questions. Nate one of the Xfinity Rep and is also great with account set up and available cost plans options.

Zero stars. Representatives does not give you correct information. Feed you with misleading information to try and get you to sign up with them. They are not straightforward with their rates. You find out the hard way when you see your bills.
