14They say anything for quick sale. Lied to my gf and I and we had to spend the whole next day fixing problems worker caused so we can have phone service and home wifi.
I had to get a new phone so went to this location and I was greeted by Carmen at the front. I won’t get into any details but she overall lacked professionalism and left a bad taste in my mouth. She’s probably not someone you would want to have at the front giving first impressions for the store. Nonetheless everyone else that I interacted with did their best to help and accommodate me.
Horrible customer service and super rude. My third time going to the store to return equipment that they keep sending me wirhout my permission and when I told the girl she said “well did I send it to you? ” I said no the company does and I have to go out of my way to return it again. Keep in mind now they think I have 6 Flex boxes even though I have returned them over and over again. She said to call the manager next week and the manager was standing next to her. This location really sucks! Don’t go there for help. Called Manager Brett, and left Voicemail and never got a call
Working with the sales people is really hard. THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE. Said they were not willing to take back their WIRELESS BOX.because I was a renter. Said that the account was not in my name.call CUSTOMER RETENTION and they said that was wrong! I asked them to send new boxes and they OVERNIGHTED to me and gave me a $100. Credit on my account.
Service has always been very quick, and staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable & helpful

Very nice customer service although the wait time cancels it out. Cake to pick up the equipment for our switch to Xfinity and there was a lot of people waiting to also be seen. Good thing is that it is nice and cool and the tab l es have chargers while we wait.

We went to get a box for an internet connection. The female salesperson was so occupied selling us a new phone service and said so many unrealistic sales pitch that she forgot to give us the cable connection.
I understand she needs her sales, but don't tell me my phone company won't work in Fresno when I am using it in front of you to get information.
No wait to get help. Explained my problem and was immediately taken to an agent who proceeded to offer me a new DVR at no charge to replace my suspected faulty one. She even gave me new HDMI cables. Very courteous and helpful.
Grisella.maybe misspelled. This young lady was a gem. Her attentiveness and attention to detail was very much appreciated. She listened to our concerns and paid close attention to my mom's wants and needs of her new phone. Grissella made the whole experience pleasant, quick and super enjoyable. Xfinity has a diamond on their team. Thank you babygurl, Mom loves her new IPhone.
The reps were great. Easy to exchange old equipment for new. It's a shame the staff has to work in a space that is being remodeled while they are working there. Very noisy and distracting when you are trying to talk.
This used to be a nice store. Not anymore, the management isn’t like it used to be. I’d rather take my business else where.
Really bad Customer service, they made me weit, 30 min and didn't even help me, xfinity call me to go pick a Sim card for a new phone and they didn't give it to me they didn't even try to help me. And i did have my order number, they had mad feces.very on happy people. They should change job. I will never go back again to that location very very bad service!
