Hello verizon and xfinity,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Justin Ray Brunson, and I am reaching out to you regarding a deeply distressing situation my wife and I are currently facing with Xfinity and Verizon.

We recently relocated from Oregon to California under the FMLA leave act and the ADA, seeking essential medical assistance for my severe mental health issues. However, our move has turned into a nightmare due to the false promises made by Xfinity regarding the transfer of our phones from Verizon.

Xfinity assured us that Verizon was a sister company, allowing them to seamlessly transfer our phones, even though they are still under contract with Verizon. Regrettably, after attempting the transfer and replacing the SIM cards, our phones are now rendered useless. We are caught in a web of financial strain, paying both Verizon for inactive phones and Xfinity for mobile lines that do not function.

The impact of this situation on my mental health is profound. Without a working phone, I am unable to reach out for medical treatment and care, exacerbating my condition. I find myself stuck at home, grappling with withdrawals because I cannot even call in my essential medications for a refill.

This experience has left me not only angered but deeply disheartened. I implore you to consider the ethical implications of this situation. As someone who is desperately seeking medical assistance, being left without a means to communicate is not just an inconvenience but a severe detriment to my well-being.

I understand that business practices vary, but the humanity and compassion we expect from service providers should remain constant. I urge you to reevaluate this situation and find a swift and compassionate resolution. I believe in the power of empathy and hope that this message prompts a reconsideration of the current stance.

Was having issues with son phone drop calls, took there to check issue and Lady checked it and worked on it to only make it worse, went home to find out now cant even text or receive texts or call or receive calls, went back now they say oh its phone issue, its more like unexperienced lady that messed with son phone there.my opinion infinity should just stick to internet, at office they were just good to hand out boxes for cable or internet.that lady instead of fixing phone made it worse but of course won't take responsability.worst service ever.when you get a response that to contact team which is available 7 days a week and yet you have contacted the 1800 number who suggested to take it in to that office, yet unprofessional people at place, whats there to do.waste of time, and phone damaged worse is the only result out of this place.owner should just not use the 7 day excuse.

Mandy Pegany, was super helpful. More like amazing customer service. Immediately walking into the store she was ready to take care of me. Very patient, helpful & with a good attitude. It was a fast transfer. Loved her thank you’!

Went to pic up my equipment from the store. My son was on my account so I sent him and my father to pic it up. I just had major surgery the day before. Naz and joseline were so rude and presented low budget customer service. They were not trying to help in any way. I ended up getting so upset I had to drive down there in the worst pain ever and when I asked for the manager I had to wait an additional time (20) min. I had this service two years ago and this is why I cancelled before. People like this, thank god James the manager was nice and considerate to my situation. I will never go back to this store ever

The furniture here needs to be cleaned, the lighting is horrible, and the customer service is trash.

Specifically this location. My phone's motherboard broke. It took them 3 hours to tell me there was nothing they could do. I sent it off to be repaired by the manufacturer. In the meantime I went to try and activate an old phone I had, it was like I was speaking a different language. In the end they literally just shoved a sim card in the phone, did not check compatibility and it stopped working after the test call. Took another hour on the phone to have the call center apologize that this location couldn't do the basics of their job. Xfinity as a provider is fine but if you expect any help after a sale, you will be disappointed.

I’d give 0 starts if I could. First, the internet service is horrible. It’s interrupted on a regular basis for “scheduled maintenance” if you work from home DO NOT get this service. Phones, the service out of country is absolutely horrible. 10$ a day and you can only make calls/texts for a limited amount of data. Watches, well they sell watches that are suppose to have cellular, however, the watch will not connect to cellular and the store will not help. They put in an escalated ticket……… to get cellular in the back end turned on, still waiting. Meanwhile, they’re making me pay for a watch I cannot even use and will not take it back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. The management lacks empathy and they are not taught how to support a customer. Everything is passed off to another person and there is never an answer. Take your money elsewhere, go to AT&T or Verizon.

Great customer service, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, and shown where to sit, to be assisted.

Resolved my request in less than 10 minutes which was Amazing since the night before I spent over an hour trying to navigate the website, and utilizing the Chat feature. It was frustrating for such a simple task of deleting paid programs from my account.

They told my fiancé that we would be sent the upgraded internet and TV boxes, only received the TV box, when we specifically told them it is the internet we are having continuous issues with. They always just tell us, 'unplug it, wait, then plug it back in. ' Umm, we should NOT have to do that every 2-3 days! And they keep 'secretly' upping the prices without any notifications! DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS! Needless to say, we are on the hunt for a different/better/more affordable internet service.

Mandy is amazing. We ran into a technical snag getting my elderly father-in-law switched over and she helped us work the problem when his older carrier told us it couldn't be done. She went above and beyond and exemplified professionalism and treated us like we mattered. Thank you to her and her staff

When you can't speak with a person unless you go to a local branch that is the worst service in the country. Comcast/Xfinity is that one.
Don't ever have any questions or you will end up going round & round with a computer.

The staff at this location is very helpful and polite. Great people. If they weren't so expensive I would have been more than happy to keep my service with them but I just can't afford their rates and surprise fees all the time.

I have xfinity tv, computer internet and it is terrible. I call and I am about to find a better internet service. All I want is to have xfinity to fix the problem.

She was very helpful and got us everything we needed and was on top of it with no problem. She was very efficient and ethical with how she works. Definitely loved our experience with Mandy.
