I went to this Xfinity store to drop off my equipment the lady with the ponytail kind of short was very rude to everyone. Reason why I dropped off my equipment and canceled my service with Xfinity is because they slow down my Internet but increase my pricing to the point where it was not worth having them as a provider. Cut the cable everyone drive down those prices

Employees are like robots. It is as if they memorize a script and won't deviat from it. Horrible.

Much better experience than it used to be. They've adopted a new system that involves getting a ticket and sitting comfortably while waiting your turn. The wait was short considering how many people were in the store. The technician that came out to my house (when I ran into trouble) was knowledgeable enough, and went above and beyond to get me connected.

Wait time is a little long for service. Some staff don't seem too interested in what they're doing.sort of a ho-hum attitude.

There is always a a wait at the Truxel Rd store. Their customer service is farmed out overseas. But their Internet is pretty good

Worst service waited for an hour just for a modem pick up and they said it will be like 10 to 15mins and made to wait for 1 hour which is very bad.

The staff does not have a badge with a name, a asian lady who working at the front desk is very rough, I wanted to leave but there is no other store nearby

Somehow Comcast ALWAYS misses the mark.
I made an appointment only to bring equipment in and be told that I did need an appointment to bring equipment in.
Then 6 weeks later, they call me to ask why I brought the equipment in! They also wanted me to find the receipt so I could tell them what date I brought the equipment in!
Comcast is so ridiculous and wastes so much of my time. When can we get a good internet service company?
Comcast = Worst customer service ever.

Dont go during luch hours the parking lot is small and bussy i had to park in a dirt field next door.
The Comcast lady was smacking her gum yuck! I guess your supposed to make a reservation like a restaurant to get service alot going on in a small space folks paying bulls others with phone issues and then the cable tv area

This is after modem reset and BS update over web chat with their agent.their public xfinity wifi giving me 30 down.aaaand it will take them 24-72 hours to fix it.mean while i should risk my personal data until they fix it. Nice!

I really wish they would transfer some of those newfound customer service skills to their in store reps. The csr on the phone offer superb service, friendly, courteous, informative. The employees at their stores, especially the one in Natomas and even the new Delta Shores-not so much!: -/

I signed up with Xfinity a few months ago for an internet only with 50MG plan, paying a total of $40.82 a month. Last month, I got a call from customer service asking if I’d like to upgrade. I told the representative that I couldn’t afford a big jump in my monthly bill. Multiple times he insured me that I could try it for 30 days and, if I didn’t want to keep it, I could revert back to my previous plan with no changes. Today, 29 days after upgrading, I got a bill that was higher than the agreed upon monthly upgrade amount. I called and spoke to customer service and explained that I couldn’t afford to go higher, so I wanted to revert back to my previous plan. They told me that I could go for another plan for $50-something a month or go with a 5MB per month plan that would bring me back to $40 per month. I told them that was unexceptable since I was insured that I could go back to the exact same plan I had before, but I was told that they couldn’t do that. I am so furious with the dishonest service! You can’t trust anything they tell you! I had that representative cancel my plan. I will take my business elsewhere.

I've been to tjis location several times, count on a 20 minute or longer wait. Tried making an appointment ahead of time didn't really help
