Excellent Service.was greeted as soon as I walked in. All staff was very polite. Was helped by BRODY he helped me reconnect my services along with a great promotion and a new phone. He was Awesome.

Teng at this location has the absolute best customer service I have ever encountered at any compay ever. I ran into crazy problems from shady salesmen from other the phone, creating new accounts instead of upgrading just to gain the commission on numerous occasions, leaving me without internet for a week. Forcing me to purchase hotspots to keep my business and home running normally. I decided to come to my local store and met Teng. If it were not for Teng, I would definitely have cancelled all my services and moved over to AT&T. Thanks again Teng!

Horrible service! We did an upgrade to our service and got new equipment and had to return the old equipment. Went to this store on shaw and I walked in to see 2 employees one on his phone and the others watching the football game on the tv on the wall with no customers in there. The one that helped me out was very rude (his name was kenny or Kevin (kv) ) he was still watching the game while help me out and calling out plays from the game. I gave him the equipment and # for the account and he pulled it up and instead of scanning the equipment that I returned he just manually took the new equipment off my account and kept the old equipment on that I was returning. I questioned he twice about it because on the receipt that he gave me it show that he returned the wrong one but instead of double checking or scanning the equipment I brought back he just looked at me and say “no your good I did it already”, so I left and when home to find that my equipment wasn’t working and they were already closed I was left for 2 days without service. I called the 1-800 but they said only to go and have it rescanned or wait a few days for a technician so we sent my son that was also on the account and they refused to help him he even got on the phone 3way with the 1800 customer service which they were trying to have them to fix there mistakes and they still refused, it took about an hour with the manager getting involved which he also had and attitude. If I could I would give them -5 starts. Almost canceled service had it not been for the 1-800 customer service calling us back and apologizing and crediting our acc and say they would look in more into this store about the terrible service they have.

The store and it's products are good but the customer service sucked, the person helping us didn't really pay too much attention and took him 15 minutes to tell me something I already knew. I ended canceling my service with them on the spot and went to at&t were I was helped much better sorry Comcast but you just lost a lo g time customer

Kenny was great in customer service. And gave me a bundle with mobile services which saved me tons on my home services! Would really recommend asking for Kenny when going into this location.

Accommodating, helpful, and all about my request/ problem! So often I'll have an issue or need a repair it never works outthe right way or costs more.not here I accomplished my goal and didn't have to pay anything!

Glad they opened a store on this side of town. I have received great customer support at both stores. Employees were helpful setting up my new programs after my 2 year discount period ended. Also included @ no cost the "Pods" that boost the signal throughout the house.

I went in to get new internet services. Everyone was very helpful and cheerful, it just made my day. I will definitely be coming back for Xfinity mobile.

The workers there are so rude and took about 1 hour to help me.and i had to stand there waiting for someone to call me in even though there were employees sitting down on their phones doing nothing.they were so rude! I will never go here ever again

Unfortunately through the phones you can not get a hold of anyone directly in the store. When you call a xfinity number or Comcast it takes you to the customer care representatives but never to a direct store line. The only way to talk to someone who is at a specific store would be to go to that location. I personally don’t mind. It is a good service and I highly recommend only if you are willing to continue paying because once you do not then they keep charging you.

Went to W Shaw store, saw Chad. Was there for 4 hours waiting for activation and info transfer. He had problems every step of the way. Got half way home and realized transfer was incomplete, her didn't give me paperwork I requested not even a bag. Gotta go back in morning. Using old phone on WiFi to do this

Can't get answers to my questions, I'm so done with Comcast. First time I cleaned for service I got hung up on then put on a call back list, it took over an hour, now I have other questions and can't even get hold of anyone

Thank you Xfinity, it took one time to fix an issue that took Att over a month and never really fixed. Internet speeds are awesome.
