I had Xfinity for a year. Paid $66.40 with auto-pay. Then I received a bill for $207. Called them & thought it was straightened out, but got a bill for $107. Went into store & was told the best price would be $89 - Internet only. (One person, 1 computer - no thanks!) Dropped Xfinity.

Eazy peazy! Returned equipment because I cancelled everything! And Jordan who helped me couldn't have been nicer, very helpful.

I just received the new iPhone 15 a week ago and yesterday my phone stopped making or receiving calls. Within five minutes at the Xfinity store, Dakota had it fixed and I was on my way. Great job Dakota, you are a lifesaver!

Worst customer service ever. They lied to my parents saying that Xfinity doesn’t have cheaper price and they signed up for the plan. The next day I took them over to cancel it and they said we have to pay cancellation fees. We left the store and called Xfiniti directly. Do not do any business with them. Call Xfiniti directly to get better price.

Offshores all customer support jobs, provides horrible customer service, overcharges customer based on phony metrics, and then tries to upsell when faced with complaints. Capitalism run amok.

I wanted to change cell phone carriers because cricket my career at the time was getting very slow with data transfer and I know that Xfinity is very highly rated for their Mobile data transfer speed. I also changed from frontier DSL to Xfinity Internet and I'm very happy about that also.

This is the worse service I have ever received. Spoke to numerous different agents and none of them helped. I got told many times my issues were resolved and they never were. None of them even listened when I mentioned that another agent tried fixing it with the same method and it didn’t work. They kept telling me the same thing and repeated the same “trouble-shooting” methods just to get nowhere. I am tired of wasting hours just to get internet to start working at my new place. I rescheduled an appointment for a technician to see them today, just to be told by another agent that it was never scheduled. Getting the run-around with these people is annoying and a waste of energy.

My family went in to this store to cancel cable and we ended up switching over to their wireless service. Brandon is fantastic and took care of us. Can't say enough good things about that guy.

Its like Xfinity doesn't want to be bothered with customers phone calls, so lets inconvenience the customer and make them drive to the store. Or call the 800 number and try really hard to understand a person from another country which becomes so frustrating you just decide to end the call with any resolution.

Dom was extremely helpful. My issue was resolved very quickly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with a lower bill and faster internet. Please ask for Dom when you go! Thank me later.

Can not get through to store to ask about equipment- already spent an hour on phone with someone not at store and nothing is working.

I called asking a question about the phones that xfinity have they said some garbage something that they have on a board to answer customers I was willing to pay for phone that is close to 2000 and have no problem doing it but with service like this I will find another place

I didn’t get good experience there
They will not be there to helping you setup your phone or internet connection. It’s very generally customer services order for your phone or internet
