Best boba I have ever tried. Kudos to the staff and management. The restrooms were clean so was the rest of the place. A must try.

I tried Xing Fu Tang's Earl Grey Boba Milk Tea, and it was delicious. Their speedy service, with orders ready in about 5 minutes, was impressive. While waiting, you can draw a fortune stick and read corresponding poems, a fun way to pass the time.

I got the #1 and like the softness of the brown sugar boba pearls. Overall the drink is totally no flavor at all - bland milk and sugar boba. Unfortunately this one is in popular list

I got the herbal jelly n I don't regret it. The brown sugar boba smells really good! Better than regular boba for sure. GREAT place for small group meet up. I like the self check out that texts you when order is ready. I love milk but there is lactose-free n almond milk options as well.

My daughter loves the boba here and it was our 2nd visit, we placed the order for mango boba but we dint knew that it comes with red boba nd not the brown sugar.we requested the lady at the counter if she can add or change.but they straight away said no.

Boba was way too soft and doughy. Can feel the texture of flour in the boba. No chew. Expected some texture.

After a countless boba place opening in the Bay Area, my friends are excited about this Boba place as it claims to be Taiwan No. 1 boba place. I am not sure if I am aged or why I am not exciting when a new boba place open. I guess it's because too many boba stores open and I can't distinguish them one from the others.after coming to here, my friends and I decide to order all the signature drinks from Xing Fu Tang which are Brown Sugar, Mocha and Mango.you can remove the ice when paying $0.75 more, and I believe it's asian way to tell you how to mess around with their recipe. I decide to order everything as original set up to get the best experience.the drink taste with very dense, heavy milky favorite with warm freshly cooked boba, it gives you that lava cake with ice cream with temperature sensation.however, I enjoy my boba in ice cold and the 1/3 of boba, 1/3 of milk and 1/3 of ice simply leaving boba in lukewarm temperature.overall speaking, I can say Xing Fu Tang delivery one of the best boba experience if you are a boba fan.they are freshly make, sugar coated, and soft chew type. I consider the drink to be a dessert type rather than a refreshment.

Their boba will keep boiling, they will scoop up you boba from the boiling boba after you order boba. You will drink fresh boba. There are a small gamer your “lucky measure lottery”.

Got here around 6: 30pm and there was no line and no waiting. Picked up the order in just a few minutes. The last time I went there was around early afternoon, and the line was too long.

It’s the new shiny object in the area. There are at least 3 other stores where one can get a sweet milky fix from this strip mall alone, and there’s a site right across the street with more tea possibilities. The boba shop five doors away also had a respectable size crowd when it first opened, but not as much when this place welcomed the public. There was a long line when I wanted to try it on a Friday night, so I came back on Monday to walk right in. I stood front and center watching young people in half aprons making their bobas from scratch. The little blueberry-sized dough balls tumbled down one by one on a miniature machine then whisked away to swim on an ocean of brown sugar syrup. It was scooped and weighed perfectly straight to your cup - soft and deliciously chewy but a bit too sweet for my taste. I tried the matcha with almond milk and red boba. Checking their other offerings next time and share my findings again! This is not a promise.

Too expensive for the quality. Their small is the same price as other boba places large. The actual boba is way too soft. The NYC location I tried was better

Amazing boba, made fresh right in front of you. I don't usually go for boba pearls, but these people are masters in the craft. The boba pearls were hot and soft, amazing

The boba was amazing. I got this mango milk drink, my sister got this strawberry with bunny jelly drink, and my cousin got the brown sugar milk, we also got the mango with bunny jelly. They all tastes really good and the bunny jelly tasted like coconut. I thought that the brown sugar was too sweet but my sister and cousin really liked it.

The service was fast and it was easy to order. The way you order is you go to this screen and put in your order and then they make it for you.

There weren’t a lot of people when I came and it was my first time and it was around 1 o’clock but my aunt said that they waited around 1 hour for there food, it was around 3 or 4 o’clock. They also had this fortune telling box- you take a stick and it gives you a number you find that number on a box and open that corresponding box. Inside the box has a fortune. - it was really fun and the kids really enjoyed it.

I saw brown sugar boba milk from Taiwan on the Internet all the time and always I wanted to try it out. Seeing this boba store looks just like those, I decided to try it out.

It was cool to see how they made boba. I ordered Signature brown sugar boba milk. The flavor was good, not too sweet. I liked the boba when it was still soft but it got harden quite quick when it got in contact with the cold milk. Because of that I didn't like it that much.

They have fortune messages in wooden boxes here like what you see in Chinese temples. You can get a glimpse of your future (but seems like they're all bad luck haha)

I got their brown sugar boba that they are famous for. I was disappointed that they don’t do any slush flavors, only iced. The drink wasn’t my favorite and I wouldn’t order it again, I might try one of their fruit options in the future. I liked their fortune wall though & the stirring of the drink 18 times for luck.
