Shelly from XO Staging has staged my listings for about 7 years. XO Staging is always professional, interacts well with clients, and always follows through on their schedule commitments. Shelly does a phenomenal job with design, and her styling is very calming, classy, and she works with you on whether you prefer a more neutral approach or to incorporate some color. It always shows homes off in their best light. Their pricing is also fair, and my clients have been happy. I am a Realtor and have been a Realtor for more than 30 years. I was also known as vocally 'anti-staging' and my first experiences were with virtual staging.
Then, one day I saw an email that Kelly sent to Realtors. The email was about staging and was very professional. At the same time I had a new listing that was greater than $2,000,000 and I thought 'Why not"? And for the first time I decided to give staging a try. Wow. I could not believe it was the same house and all of the comments from potential buyers were very positive. I have used Kelly and XO Staging three times now and have been more than satisfied each time. Kelly visits the home and decides on the look and then quotes a price and a date and time line to deliver and set up and to eventually "un-stage' (that word was new to me).
