Nice and helpful staff in will-call and on the forklift in Sacramento.
The Salinas office is another story. ‍️

Took 10 days to get my delivery scheduled, driver called at 2: 30 said he'd be at my house at 3: 30, at 2: 45 said he has another drop off, should be there at 5pm, NO SHOW, no call nothing, ive spend hours on the phone locating
Packages never arrived. No communication, no one answers their phone, This company has cost me time and money. Just do what you say you are going to do, if not close your doors. I do not recommend. They still cant find my packages.

Most unprofessional company for logistics services. They are always overbooked and will never work with the customers. I just spoke with one of the managers named Tabatha and she said that they don't have enough trucks for delivery. So I do not understand how can a logistics company have that excuse for not delivering on time? If you ever order something from Amazon, Samsung and it is coming through XPO you should expect delay in service and no communication what so ever. Not at all satisfied with their services.

Ordered from Walmart. Expected delivery through XPO on 11/15. Got a call that the delivery was postponed, no big deal. Monday 11/18 comes around haven’t heard from them so I call them to follow up. No updates. I check the website to see updates online so I call back Tuesday 11/19. They set up a delivery date for Saturday 11/23 and tell me that I’ll receive a call the day before with a time frame. Never received a call. I call Saturday 11/23 in the morning to find out my delivery had been canceled And needed to be rescheduled. I asked to just pick it up, they told me it’s not an option. I reschedule for Saturday 11/30. It’s Friday 11/29 I’m suppose to be receiving a call today for a delivery time tomorrow. Haven’t heard anything. On hold with them now for over 25 minutes and still currently waiting (pretty normal for them-long wait times). Avoid Xpo-period. Almost a month still waiting to my delivery.

They set up a delivery date and time, and said the driver will call before he comes out. Then they call back the day it’s supposed to show up. I return the call and end up on the phone with a very rude woman that didn’t want to do her job. It was as if she was doing me a favor to look up my delivery. She then tries to schedule the delivery. I explain it was already scheduled and it was set up for that day, and the woman I spoke with to set that up sounded exactly like her. She then says she has no record of that.

At this point, they have called me multiple times, left voicemails, and I have spoken to them on the phone, and a delivery was scheduled. But they have no record of any of that. XPO logistics has no clue how to run a business.

They have now wasted my time, and we all know time is money. So who is going to compensate me for the money I could have been making instead of waiting for them to show up. I’m sure no one will, so I just got screwed by XPO logistics.

I would suggest anyone that needs services like these looks elsewhere to have their needs fulfilled. XPO will not serve your customers in a professional manner.
