XPO Logistics reviews
19Only had to deal with the guard. He was polite and quite funny. Easiest pick up ever because of his clear and concise instructions.
Takes forever to get unloaded. My second time here, first time 24 hours for unloading now already 12 hours and they didn’t touch the trailer yet! This is not a good company! Stay away. I will cancel any loads in the future coming here! I hope those stupid warehouses can send their supervisors in training at Costco! Update: 14 hours to get empty!
This company sucks. I’ve scheduled a delivery now multiple times. They don’t show up. You can’t ever reach anyone on the phone. They’re tracking feature doesn’t work. And this branch is by far the worst. Good luck trying to get anyone on the line.
Stopped using them because they didn't fit in our expansion plans.
Hopefully they have good luck in the downturn coming up.
This is driver dream place to pick up load. Only downside to it that you have to drop trailer and it can take up to 12 hours to get loaded. You can stay here to finish you break. Also they have scale on site to weigh your truck. Peoples here extremely friendly.
Not always the best place. Outside staff in the yard cab be kind if rude. They say unit dock out when you're still waiting for the trailers. Don't let them fool you. They did it to us. We got into trouble when we're finally reached Sacramento. They said we lied about the time we left. But i had proof i was still there at 1045.1 and 3/4 hours later than they said we had left.
Truck Entrance is on Shoemaker Ave.
Not a bad place just a little too busy. Security is dumb as always. Staff is new and still learning. No parking outside or on property. Only drop and hook
XPO Logistics was delivering my Original Scrap Box. I was a little concerned because I didn't know if they would be able to deliver to my residence because I live in a cul-de-sac.
I got a call the day before delivery to set up a time for delivery. The gentleman who delivered my merchandise was extremely nice. He was able to maneuver the truck into my street with no problem.
Terrible customer service. My deliver got lost due to employees shipping to wrong Hub. My package is still currently lost and very late.
There is someone at the window between 9 PM and 5: 30 AM. During other hours a supervisor will help you, keep in mind they can be very busy. There is a period of 30 minutes when the employee is taking his lunch. If you're picking up an empty call ahead, as most companies will not be able to pick one up. Each loaded trailer gets loaded into once unloaded. The pick-up time the broker or driver manager give you is typically inaccurate, so ask the actual time and you will understand why you're waiting for 6+ hours.
Slow loading, 6,5 hours and was told 3h.
There is nobody at check in window more than 30 minutes.
Unprofessional employees.
The absolute worse, no one seems to like their job. Just a sad typical California way of doing business.
Crowded yard, hardly any place to put your trailer, the workers are pleasant but if you bring in a trailer to be loaded, make sure you can take a 10 hour break.
Very organized and safe facility. Most of the time it's drop and hook, but occasionally you have to wait a while for a load. But still better that the average warehouse.
Time in 4.20pm, now it's 10.15pm.trailer is not loaded.checked with them before going in.was told the load is ready.bunch of liars
Came half a day and early, they let us drop our empty trailer early, and park for the night. Saved us from having to find a place to park, and rush hour traffic in the morning. Break room is nice. Lots of vending machines and microwaves.
The worst company in the world, absolutely not serious workers, I came to load at 6 am, they told me that they would call when the cargo was ready, but they forgot about me
Could find ass with both hands and road map. 2 straight days with duplicate trailer numbers on 2 runs.kinda surprised the get any freight to the right place.
