13I'm only 30 miles from this XPO terminal. My order arrived at this terminal on 7-9-20. Today is 7-15-20 and I'm still waiting for my item.
All business and paperwork handle at front gate. Made things in and out! GREAT omw home! Thanks XPO LoL
Terrible, terrible service. I have had my delivery rescheduled 4 times. The first time i was told driver was outside my house, call the number on file, but the number was incorrect. Not sure why they couldn't knock on the door. Called to follow up on the delivery around 12 (delivery window of 9am to 1pm). The online tracking stated the delivery was still on time. I was told the delivery was missed and could not reschedule until the items were sent back to the wherehouse. The website then showed the delivery was scheduled for wed. I called and verified the rescheduled day, I was also told I would get a call. This has happened 4 times now! We still do not have our items and this companies response has been completely unprofessional. I do not know why Samsung (original order) continues to do business with this company. Not to mention their online tracking information is completely useless, their drivers do not update their route, and the website has unreliable information.

Worst experience ever was there for first time and got stuck in traffic which made me 30minutes late to arrive later I was been told that I missed my appointment so I have to wait till tomorrow which was totally unacceptable for 30 minutes delay. But I still waited and I heard completely new thing in the morning that they can’t unload my trailer for 2 more days. Every time I go to check in section to inquire if they can do it little early because I have another pickups to do. They would lie me here and there and every few hours there is a different person. So I have to explain everything from beginning which was simply waste of time. Bottom line never pick or drop from expo they suck.

Since they change the name to XPO the service has been the worst i ever had to deal with any freight company, they dont deliver freight on time and our rep in charge of our account will never call back or reply to any of our email!
Will be contacting community activist Shaun King and lawyer Lee Merritt over the discriminatory practices of this company. Being African American and a woman this company discriminates against women like us.
Toooo many chiefs not enough indians-
one person says -unload the truck, another person says OOPS wrong load, load it back up

Horrible. They do not know what they are doing. They lie and don't care about you. They are the worst. I will never use them again.
So poor service that will make you quit your job and become a monk. Their work speed is slow, very slow and brake. They must be union. They show no consideration for the drivers bringing the loads in.
Awesome friendly couldn't make an account with the vending machine one of the drivers offered me his drink
Not happy with their service. We've been waiting on a shipment from them for over a week now and their office is giving me the run around.
