Yagumo Sushi, Van Nuys CA

Been to quite a few sushi places and this place is honestly my favorite. It's kind of a hole in the wall, but the quality of everything is always great especially considering how cheap it is and the service is great. I've tried pretty much all of their nigiri, and quite a few of their rolls. They also make the best baked green mussels I've ever had! The sauce is always on point and the mussels are tender. And I know it's so simple but the bean sprout salad is so addicting I could eat a huge bowl of it. Will definitely continue coming here

Amazing family owned restaurant with reasonable prices for good quality sushi! The hand rolls and cut rolls are delicious!

We tried the No. 10 challenge and let me tell you they do not play! You have to try the No. 8 spice level first and we couldn’t even finish that one, sooooo spicy, had to tap out!

I would recommend this place to anyone in the area, the owner is super sweet and extremely dedicated to his work!
