I love. This place its pricey but well worth it I live 2 hours away an I ONLY TRUST THE, TO DO MY HAIR I LOVE THE WAY THEY DO WPULF NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE I RECOMMEND THID PLACE

Hello everyone first of all i am very disappointed with these people here, I was a fan of Yahaira for a while and i admired her work on a daily basis i follow her Instagram page as she posts lots of very beautiful photos of hair extensions. I was recently in one of her "Mother's day give aways" and i participated regularly to win, I ended up winning the contest which was to like and comment on every post. So my issue starts here, when they post me as the winner i was super excited about it since I've always wanted to get hair extensions well i contacted them to get all the information as of when will i go to get my make over. I told them since the beginning that i did not live close by, i let them know that i was way closer to their San Jose location and that since i only have one car i can only go on a weekend. I was contacted by one of Yahairas assistants and she had put me for a weekend i agreed to travel to Hollywood location because i wanted to be a part of the makeover thing, well they contacte back telling me that they made a mistake with the dates and that they can only see me on weekdays. I explained over and over my issue of us having only one vehicle that my husband uses for work and the only day's i can travel would be on a weekend. They keep on scheduling me for weekends then changing my appointments. Then Yahaira textes me saying that her assistant had scheduled me not knowing her schedule so she can't see me on her busy days that i have to go on a weekday. I keep making it clear to her that i can travel to San Jose on a weekday since it's only one hour away from me, they never replied with an answer. They have really bad customer service and really bad communication with their staff. Point here is that they didn't care that i couldn't make it because of my situation they are so rude and unprofessional they could've easily scheduled me for a weekday at their closest location, instead i kept getting miss leading texts messages saying that they can see me on a weekend then a day after another message saying that they made another mistake on the date and that it was my final date. The person who contacted me last his name is Eric and he's not even an assistant he's another worker that does wigs weaved in hair. His messages were so rude it made me realize that they were not going to do a good job on my hair and i wasn't going to be comfortable sitting there and probably them messing up my hair. After reading all these bad review's im definitely not going to get that "MOTHERS DAY MAKE OVER" i saw this as a fake they only wanted the likes and the views from my followers. I wouldn't recommend this place since they showed me their customer service is a wreck! I'm super disappointed on how they handled this situation. And if I could rate them a ZERO i would in a heartbeat they really made me feel bad and i didn't get my makeover.

Wrong color and super bad attitude. Horrible not worth what they charge!

I hate giving bad reviews but this is probably one of the worst salons I've been to the experience was terrible they do a good job if they see your going to spend $$$$ I'm blown away at the fake advertising they do! I drove hours hoping to walk out with beautiful full hair "like they advertise"I drove home for 4 hrs so upset regretting every minute I was there.

My girl got her hair extensions done and they came out bad! Also they are really expensive!

I got a Brazilian blowout a couple months ago and after that my hair has been falling out so much more and I started getting dandruff (which I never had before getting the Brazilian blowout at this salon). The lady also cut my hair after I had told her I didn't want it to be cut and she did it and charged me $30 more. It's honestly the worst salon I've ever gone to, the employees are also very rude, they don't make you feel welcomed at all.
