They started off with their feet running when we got our contract with them. When their employee Ricardo Peña left the company. Their service went down hill. We would schedule pick-ups and they took a few days to pick up. They missed port cut-offs and didn’t let us know. Their excuse was due to the transition.

There is not enough room for all the traffic that goes through this place and definitely not enough room for a 53 foot semi trailer.
