I had only a consultation and they did set it for the same day by YANEZ herself. I am pro se who had a default judgment overturned. With my exes extrinsic fraud I showed good cause.

YANEZ is vicious! She let me have it.attacking the weaknesses in my case like the Terminator on Sarah Connor's doorstep. Seeing if she could get me to react as my exes statement pretext after pretext. But more importantly my actions and behaviors. Why? I ended with a thank you and she said Ok.

YES, I cussed her leaving messages which she recorded. She has She did not let me talk to my kids except intermittently then sent pics once a month for over a year. Then got on the phone stating we thought you forgot about us; with my son repeating her words. We have two kids.

This firm is awful. They did not help me at all. $5,000 down the drain. They did nothing for me and were late to my hearing. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

If you want an expensive paralegal hire this firm, if you want someone to fight for you avoid them like the plague. I'm still having major issues after my divorce. I got screwed on visitations, child support, and had to pay a chunk of attorney fees. I never felt like my representation was an advocate for me. So, overall go somewhere else if you want your problems solved.

I went to her office and was met by her associate instead of her. They charged my credit card instantly and for the two month did nothing on my case.
