Yard House, Los Angeles CA

I ordered over the phone as I normally do, when I arrived to pay and pick up my food one "leader" told me he didn't see my order in the system and to wait for the lady that took my order to come up to the front. I waited, she came, then she said she would go check in the back, he left a week as everyone else. Nobody re-took my order because as long as I was waiting to find out what happened to the order, another order could've been placed for me to grab and go. I left, I had to be at work, starved for the rest of the night and NOTHING was done, no apologies or anything. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Love the food, beer, service. This time around I ordered cheese steak, don't order the steak sandwich, very dry, topped with very little cheese, very poorly made sandwich.sorry no picture. After a few bites I had to sip on my coke to wash it down.not good.the good news the manager in charge replaced with a new order at no charge.

So yummy! I was exploring with the menu and the quality is phenomenal! Great ambiance and great food! Beer and cocktails are great too! You find something for everyone. ️ Prices are reasonable and won’t be disappointed. Servers are very attentive and courteous. They have an “ I can do it” attitude. So awesome and thank you for the great experience! Public parking under the plaza or street parking 2 blocks away. Follow me for more!

Yummy Food and Excellent Service, yes we waited like 45 mins for a table but Service was Good we had a little issue with a double transaction but it was Fixed, we will be back SOON! * i am not a onion ring person but the onion rings here are AMAZING

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister in law were on vacation in Los Angeles, Ca. We visited the Yard House there in the Staple Center and I must say, there were no disappointments! Everything was really good, especially the drinks! Very good hospitality as well. We’ll be back! Thank you

Great sports pub atmosphere but much more polished than a "sports bar". Lots of tv's and over 100 beer taps. Creative menu for a pub but not too gastro-pubby. Can't go wrong.

As you can imagine, they have a wonderful happy hour! I had their poke nachos which were perfect; their Margherita pizza was subpar and lacked inspiration; the vegan wings were overglorified tofu nuggets, but still yummy. Get yourself a halfyard beer and have a good time.

Went to the yard house downtown Los Angeles to have lunch after that LA auto show. We were seated quickly. The server was nice and that's basically where it ends. Ordered 2 beers which took a while, I got mine and my friend never got his after reordering the second time.ordered some wings and fries which were good but again no wet wipes. These are all little things that can be over seen but the customer service definitely wasn't there. At this point I wouldn't recommend going to this particular one.

If yall go here ask for Steph shes such an attentive server. She made sure everything was good and definitely made my friends and i want ro go back.

Portions seemed to be fairly small for the price. Margherita pizza was fair, guac chips tasted slightly uncooked.

Service was really good. Food arrived on time. Veggie sandwich, soups and desserts were amazing

Don’t get their seafood two hours after sick as a dog, all the way. Service was terrible couldn’t even get a napkin asked 10 times.

The Yard House had definitely stepped in up by post pandemic. It is trendy, lit yet still family friendly. The customer service is. All of them are on point. You do have to show i.d and vaccination card. But it's worth it for the food. We had ribeye steaks medium rare with garlic potatoes and broccoli? It's the ribeye for me. Tortilla soup, spinach dip with flat bread and chips we had something with crab, but I don't eat but those who do loved it. We finished with chocolate cake and carrot cake. Also had raspberry or something like that lemonade which was good too. Go ️ it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed. That's to my cousin Darwin, who treated for my birthday.

I tipped the waitress 15% and I was charged 20%. I called three times to resolve this mishap. Apparently, the 20% (highest tip amount) is automatically charged, and after a while, the actual amount you chose is charged, refunding you the rest. This policy is not good for business. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Great place, great service! Menu is always consistent at every Yard House, this is no exception. Go see Emanuel at the bar!

Nasty barf-food too. Pizza too salty, lettuce cups taste like carpet, chicken strips are too salty as well. A perfect high blood pressure formula

Came here for my last night in LA. It was a Thursday and the Dodgers game was on so it was pretty busy. Luckily we only had to wait 20-30min for a table as we checked other places in the area had a longer wait. We sat down and ordered 2 Yards, short rib appetizer, orange chicken, and burger with fries. All the food was great, flavorful, the meats were tender, and the servers were there often enough that we didn’t feel ignored. This place is a gem in every city that I’ve been with there quality of food, service, price, and ambiance. I hope to continue to go here in the other cities around the country.

Loved it. Got lucky and showed up during happy hour (s) before the Clippers game, but the food and drinks were great and our server was outstanding.

I was meeting some co-workers for lunch and was asked to see ID and Vac cards or -test. I gladly provided both to the person at the front desk. I then, very politely explained that I would not be dining with them while they were acting as the county’s Covid enforcement. I was very kind and just asked for her to pass my sentiments along. Being that I was polite I assumed I would just get an “OK”. Instead I got an aggressive response about how it’s the law and it’s posted on the door! I was quite surprised! I just repeated that she pass on my thoughts and I left.
Being that this is one of the few large restaurants in this area I had frequently visited Yard House throughout the lock-down of the last 1 1/2 years.
If enough businesses told the county “no, we will not enforce your mandate” it would end.

Personal experience was not great. Took over 50 minutes to get food when tables around us we're seated, ordered, and got food after us. Waiter disappeared often.

This was my wife and I, first time here. The food was good. And the drinks were better. What was the best and stood out the most was our server, Brady. Best service I have ever seen. Brady mentioned he loves this work and you can definitely tell. Please treat him well. He is an asset to your resturant.
