My friend and I are visiting LA from Chicago and decided to stop by. Amazing place with awesome staff! I would recommend taking advantage of the 10% discount for cash payments. Again, great place. 10/10 would recommend and would come back!

Really really fun place to go with a large group of friends. Drink service is quick 10/10

$80/hr for 10 ppl + one drink order minimum. Lots of fun though! They use YouTube so the song selection is huge

The staff was very rude.they did not inform that we had to bring our ID. They make us wait 2 hours just to say we had to be 21+ with an ID, even if we weren’t buying alcohol. DO BETTER, this was really absurd. SO RUDE! MANAGE THIS PLACE BETTER

Been here only twice and the second time was terrible. The room is very small and barely can fit 5 people. They offered YouTube video or traditional karaoke book. Everything was in Korean. We chose YouTube option and because the Wi-Fi was terrible, the songs buffered every a few seconds. This was a nightmare. So we asked front desk for help but she denied it and told us it’s the YouTube videos and asked us to choose different songs. We did and same thing again. So we went back to her and switched to the traditional way, this time the key pad didn’t work, and the connection to TV was lost. We even asked if we could switch rooms and she said they’re full and no rooms available. We waited about 20 minutes before the tv connection was fixed and keypad was switched. At the check out, we asked if it’s possible to give us a discount because we wasted about 1 hour waiting for things to be fixed. Again no, and she charged us an additional hour because she asked us to leave before the hour ended to accommodate other customers. I’d recommend go somewhere else.

The staff is really unfriendly. (I went on a Friday evening, the female staff was not cheap, and the old male staff was the worst whether it was a waiter or the boss). A group of 4 people came, but 7 people seemed to go into the group room. Then, 4 people waited and waited, and I heard a story saying that they should wait for this among themselves and ask them to contact me. Then I talked to the old male employee and went in first. I got angry and complained. Rather, the old employee just repeated that it was a reservation and spoke loudly. I didn't need to talk anymore and I left. If business goes well, can I do this? Don't go there again don't go either
