Yellow Cab of Riverside County

This place is really gone downhill I called 4 times yesterday within a Half Hour no answer at all just kept Ringing
Same thing today I called actually got an answer the dispatcher said they would send them right out that was an hour ago since then I’ve called 6 times no answer it’s just ringing
This place sucks don’t waist your time or money on this service if I could I’d give them 0 star Review

Ive called today maybe about 7 times to try and get a cab i am in desperate need of a ride and they didnt answer and when they did the girl gave me and attitude and hung up on me. I mean why have a business you wont do your job and i can see other ppl leaving bad reviews as well. They should be shut down.

Rude and just unprofessional I asked a question and got the rudest response I can't believe how unprofessional and ignorant and inconsiderate some people can be now a day it's easy to be rude it's hard to be a nice person iguess

They told me I could start work as soon as my print out clear their insurance. Did ghosted me and I never heard from them again

Great ride these guys do a good job they're very polite they will help you with your groceries if you need and the prices are very low compared to Lyft or anyone else

The cab driver, Amanda was very kind and made me feel comfortable on the way to my destination. Also the cab was in excellent condition and smelt clean. Would definitely recommend!

I just recently started driving for Yellow Cab. 6/11/23 It’s definitely a pleasure to service the community of Hemet and San Jacinto. The training was very professional. I have never had a problem with this company until a few days ago. I have been getting a ride for the past month EVERY single day. One of the DRIVER named Bob had been very rude to myself and my family. I called today for a ride and now I'm on the do not service list. I HAVE NO CLUE WHY I have always paid for my ride and have always left a tip. It's very ridiculous!

The first time was so great but in the end the taxi guy who we guy was my new taxi guy who now I have for.most taxi trips.because he's the most respectful and honest man. We know

New driver was very polite and helpful. I had forgotten my cain and he helped me get to my door and get in my house.

I recently used this taxi service for a weekend getaway and was extremely satisfied with the service. The dispatch was efficient and the driver was professional and knowledgeable about the area. The ride was smooth and comfortable, making it a great start to my trip.

One of the drivers that I had was very rude! It said some of the drivers treat seniors like they’re nothing but dirt. Your prices are outrageous with seniors! Where is your conscience

Worse most disrespectful taxi company ever! I seen these taxi drive so fast almost hit people walking. Everytime i see one of there taxi driving they are always arguing over rode rage. Yelling at other cars. Once i was driving an had the right away to go. This DUMB TAXI DRIVER! Had the nerve to yell at me an flip me off! Like are u serious! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE RUDE PEOPLE
