7I used to live in LA and catch taxis here and there. I moved to Oakland 6 years ago and love taking this taxi because they are always on time, respectful, and good driving. I call him every now and then and will do so. If you ever need a ride, call this taxi company.
Very professional driver, the ride was very smooth with the driver seeming attentive to the road. The driver also had a nice personality and was polite while talking. I enjoyed the ride a lot.

Screaming at me on the phone when I told him I needed to cancel called back right away not even 2mins later from when I first called asked him why he's yelling at a customer he kept yelling so I needed to get nasty over the phone you don't yell at someone especially a customer bad customer service then told me to shut up and hung up.
