Dr. Zhu and his team are amazing! They provide good service and always put the patient first. They have very reasonable prices and never overcharge anything.

I had some gum issues/tenderness so I booked my appointment with Yerba Buena on 3rd Aug becuase this was the nearest dentistry that is open after 5pm, I had a lot of pain in my gum on 3rd but I got an appointment for Aug 5 means today.

Let me share the worst experience I ever had at the dentist. I went to this facility today and just to mention that I was in a very better state before I visited this place.

I started my conversation stating that I have sensitive gums and I have tenderness on my right side. Dr. Zhu was highly unprofessional and disorganized. He started to look into my mouth and did not even setup the suction. I had to ask myself for a suction and he asked his assistant to bring the suction to use and in my complete session the dr used the suction for only once and I had to swallow whatever was coming into my mouth in the whole session.

He kept on asking where is the pain what is hurting while pushing and pressing my gums with a lot of force of his fingers, he forced it a lot that my cheek and lips were stretched and I had to scream that its my cheek. He was not realizing that its my mouth and I have sensitive gums.

He was not focusing on the reason for which I visited. He kept on ignoring that I have senaitive gums and I came to show him my gums and not the tooth or the cavity. He was even touching my left side where I had no complains so I clearly told him not to touch my left side and, that side is fine.

He said lets do the cold test and again touched on left side and after that he said lets do the electric test and again touched my healthy tooth (left side) and also the right side which is very sensitive and that electric test was so painful.

After that Dr. Zhu said I need a deep cleaning and I should meet the orthodontist but I refused for the deep cleaning. He suggested that I should take Ibuprofen and consult the orthodonist. Like seriously? After all this non sense you did, you are saying I should take Ibuprofen!

I am writing all this because now all my tooth are hurting badly and I am in a lot of pain. I went to see a dentist because I had a tender gum and not tooth ache but It was a mistake to go to this clinic. I would never ever recommend this clinic to anyone. Please beware before going to thia facility.

I have been going to Dr. Zhu's office for many years. He's always been excellent. This new office space is clean and bright. All the staff are friendly and professional.

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Zhu's and have really enjoyed my experience of having him as my dentist over the past decade. Dr. Zhu is extremely detailed oriented, informative, honest and has incredible bedside manner to make a patient feel at ease. I actually look forward to my cleanings and catching up with Dr. Zhu every time I visit.

Dr. Zhu's new office at Yerba Buena Dental is a huge upgrade from the previous dentists office he worked at. This office has a modern bright and open design with abundant natural light, extremely comfortable dentist chairs, digital xray machines and even uses distilled water in it's system. I love that I also get text message reminders for my appointments.

I'd highly recommend Dr. Zhu if you are looking for a dentist that will take good care of you.

I've been seeing Dr. Zhu for over 5 years now. He's methodical, trustworthy, friendly and professional. His new office is really nice. A lot of new equipment. I highly recommend his dental services
