Yerba Buena Gardens reviews
17Great outdoor enjoyment! Bands, eateries, and good fresh air! Yerba Buena Gardens is a hub, a great place to recreate. All the best.
You have to come here. Please. I begging you. Grab you're friends right now. And go on an adventure and check out these historic sites. #NONINJAGO
An absolutely beautiful park in the middle of Downtown. This is a great place to have lunch or sit l, read an ebook for a while, or to let the children burn of their excess energy. Although every rare once in a while it's beauty is momentarily spoiled by an intoxicated homeless person demanding change or someone smoking a cigarette and forcing everyone around them to breath their second hand smoke (Smoking is not permitted in San Francisco parks, the staff are very good about asking these people, or anyone else who spoils the peace, to leave.
Really nice outdoor area near SFMOMA. Great place to find a quick bite to eat if your on your lunch or a finer dining when you're done with the museums.
A lovely urban park right near target and other locations. It was fairly peaceful and the monuments nice to see.
Nice place to just sit and have lunch. Not as many homeless as in the past. Enjoy while it lasts.
This is a very beautiful city park with lovely views of the nearby skyscrapers and theatre! It is also adjacent to the shopping center called the Metreon where there are a number of great eateries and stores to visit!
A very nice place to go to relax. Being able to enjoy fresh air in a almost secluded setting is very nice, something that is a luxury these days.
Yerba city was such a refreshing fun place to visit. Lots to do lots of shops! This is happy me!
One of my Favorite Green spots in SFO. It's a beautiful park located next to SF MOMA Surrounded by high-Rise builings. It's this Blend between Green and Concrete that gives this place it's uniqueness.
With San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts on one side, Metreon and AMC on the other, Moscone Center on the back and facing St. Patrick Church and the Jewish Museum, Yerba Buena Gardens is an urban oasis hidden in a forest of steel and concrete in San Francisco Downtown.
It's a small park, so you probably don't want to bring 20 friends and throw a party here, but do come take a break from your walk, work, or whatever you were doing, enjoy the fresh air, green grass and your coffee, lunch or afternoon snacks. Relax, recharge, then resume.
Interesting pocket park with a beautiful fountain wall. Good place to stop by for pics or to just sit on the grass and relax. Nice transition from the busy streets en route to the tranquil SFMOMA.
The now born-again seagulls baptize themselves in the beautiful fountain pool on the upper deck.
Depending on the day and weather it's a beautifully landscaped area with events on weekends when weather and pandemics permit.
The only public park bordering Mission Street, an oasis in the densely urban landscape. Bring a lunch or snack and enjoy the view of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial fountain or listen to one of the frequent free performances. Sit on the grass and soak up so sun.
Yerba Buena Gardens is an oasis of greenery in the midst of downtown/SOMA. Today the YBG Festival is happening with Lavay Smith & her band.swing & blues! I think this music outdoors in this space resonates. Sound quality is excellent. Easy to get here and no reservations required! Just enjoyment!
The Yerba Buena Gardens are a beautiful urban park near Union Square and downtown San Francisco. It’s next to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and there are plenty of food options nearby to have a meal al fresco. The park sometimes has music and dancing events that are worth looking into.
