Ygnacio Village Apartments, Walnut Creek CA

They do not clean up the dog wast bins God help you if your apartment is down wind.they absolutely refuse to lift a finger to do their job. Worthless. Go elsewhere.

Multiple issues w habitability, across many units. When rent is withheld after numerous complaints, landlord posts eviction notices and gets away with not doing anything. Time to sue

Hector, who is helping out here, is great! He arrived the same day I spoke with the Office Manager, and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to having my new stove installed soon!

My experience living at Ygnacio Village has been incredible. The apartment complex and the customer service has been outstanding. The customer service was top-notch they were extremely accommodating and friendly. Ari the manager is so kind, professional and answered my questions and emails promtly. The facilities have been very well maintained with excellence maintenance service. My child and I have felt safe and secure at all times.the neighborhood was great - there were plenty of restaurants, parks, shopping centers, and other amenities nearby. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great place to live that has plenty to do! Thank you, Ygnacio for the wonderful experience.
