Yummy wonton noodle soup and porridge. It is a hole in a wall kind of restaurant but the food is very yummy. This is the place where wonton noodle soup is below $10. Other stuff is also below $10. It is cash only. If you are around Chinatown you must give it a try.

The wonton noodle is a lot better than I thought. No doubt I would go back. This is a 100% holes on the wall place. So don't expect any service there, as there is none. However, I don't care about the service, as long as the food is good.

No service. Slow as f. Had to search someone yourself and drag her for ordering and even paying. Directly ask you for more tips. Ridiculous

Really good and hearty portion (this is the #4, brisket with wontons) and tasty soup. Generous portion of noodles - maybe too much and not enough soup - that goes great with table side red vinegar. Be prepared to sit at a communal table if you’re a small party. Cash only. Better than Hon’s Wun-tun, despite the lines there. It’s cheaper and more flavorful with more ingredients like veggies and beef for the price point. And, all locals were eating here!

Their wonton noodles didn't hardly have any noodles which was fine as I considered that to be a filler. Ten wontons in their wonton $8 was very tasty. Cash only. Open 9: 30-19: 00.

One of the newest wonton noodle places in Chinatown. They are not bad and are pretty cheap to fulfill your wonton cravings.

A must-try in SF Chinatown.
Straightforward, no frills noodle house serving up solid Chinese soups, wontons and side dishes. Tripe share dish amazing, cooked to perfection — not only crunchy, but also fluffy. A first.

My beef brisket dry noodles (lo mein) $9 was excellent. There were so many pieces of meat and tendons. After my plate arrived at the table, the chef came out and gave me an extra piece. I never had that happen before. It was closing time and I guess they didn't want it to go to waste. The ja jiang noodles, I was told, was just OK. We left the restaurant satisfied. Great job everyone at Yin Du.

It’s not too bad but Not as good as the people said in XHS, there are so many better wonton and beef brisket around.

Old school local place, great to sit down for a quick bite.wait is short as people don’t linger around too long.

Beef Brisket WonTon Noodle Soup - Generous amount of not too fatty Brisket & juicy plump wonton with chunk of baby shrimp
PORK & CENTURY JOOK - generous amount of pork ️ more than 1/4 egg
Total Bill $15.50 …

Yin Du is a nice restaurant for Chinese food! We tried the shrimp wonton noodles and beef noodles. The noodle’s texture was like instant noodles, but the soup and wonton were delicious!

I dont why they hide the price on the menus. I though it’s a cheating behavior for customers. (Personal impact)

Glad to see Yin Du reopened after closing for many months. I had the beef stew with rice noodles ($8). The food is still good, but many menu items have been cut.

Great place for a quick bite. Small menu with mainly noodle soups and other options. The beef stew fun soup is my go to. It never disappoints me

My husband, mother in law and I were visiting Japantown and decided to stop here for lunch. Despite the fact that it was 2: 30pm (albeit on a Saturday) it was pretty busy. We put our name on the waitlist and shopped at the stationery store next door while we were waiting.

Hole in the wall Chinese noodle restaurant, famous for their wontons noodles, beef stew and curry fish balls. Good prices and food but don't expect extra cleanliness or good service.
