Really recommended as quite space for practicing. Note that this is not a space for prayer and/or meditation (that's elsewhere in the airport; but really for training. Bring a towel of your own. Great for workout and stretching in between flights
I enjoyed it here after a 15+ hours flights from TLV

A small quiet space, good enough to stretch before/after a slight.
It had 3 yoga mats when I visited.
