We’re fans of this little store and it’s partner across town. Wonderful folks work here and the product is excellent - plus each store is impeccably clean.

Good fro-yo shop. Very clean. Staff has always been friendly. The flavors change often, but we have always been able to find something we like. It can get expensive, but there are usually coupons available though mailers and there is a loyalty program available which offers a lot of bonus discounts.

I wanted to treat my grandson with a frozen yogurt. My husband buys from them every week. They refused to serve me because the small chi in ld with me wasn’t wearing a mask. They offered to Sell me a mask for 50cents. These are the free masks issued by the county of Riverside. My grandson was so upset. He said he would ‘sit in the car and wait for me’. The shop was empty. No one else was there! This is the last time I will go into this shop. We went to Albertsons and got a delicious frozen yogurt from them. They have lost my family’s business and I have told all my friend about the appalling way they treated a 4 year old child.

The staff are friendly and they do fundraising for chaparral every once in a while. They give you discount for chaparral asb holders and they have good toppings to choose. Its a great place to stop if you want to talk and chill with friends for a bit outside while you have some fro-yo.

Love this place. Employees are always friendly. Sad they have to deal with rude customers at times.

We have been coming here for years and have recently experienced less than acceptable customer service. I’ve also been advised by former employees that we should not be coming here for many reasons. Sadly, we will not be returning.

We’re regulars and usually love the friendly staff. We came in on a Wednesday night, Jan. 8th, around 9: 00. The girl who was working the register was very snarky, rude and impatient when we were trying to pay. After paying, we went to sit at a table and she tells us (not politely), “Don’t spill anything on the tables because I wiped them down already and we’re closing soon. ” Maybe she forgot when her store closes, but it was barely 9: 15 and they close at ten. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I can’t name names or make any call to a manager about it. Maybe they can check the schedule. Someone needs to train their staff on customer service.

We come here all the time. Friendly service, good yogurt, competitive prices. Make sure to get on the 5 star app as they often do promotions through that.

Yogurt was delicious! It definitely delivered on taste. I joined their club and received an additional 15% off as well. Good deal!

Fill the size bowl you want and add as many different toppings as you want. The container is weighed and you're charged by weight. 8 flavors to choose from. Very good. A nice change from ice cream.

It's clean the employees are nice and you have a lot of different kinds of sprinkles to add onto the ice creams

Nice local place for frozen yogurt! The staff is friendly and the yogurt us good and plenty of toppings. A it on the smaller side but they have outdoor seating.
