Went to this Yougurtland and it was the worst experience I ever had, 1st they only had the extra large containers out, 2nd I couldn't even taste the ones I never tried, 3rd. The young lady behind the counter was so rude, I couldn't even put my own toppings, my problem with that was she was touching my container. Plus again she was rude.will not come back to this establishment again.
My Yogurtland app NEVER works when I go. I try to use my reward points and it won’t work. Not sure if this is the norm but it seems like it happens more often then not. Other than that, kids love it. Don’t like the corporate policy of not being able to serve ourselves toppings. They can say it’s bc of covid but really.if we can pull down a handle for yogurt we can hold a spoon for toppings, especially if everybody is wearing gloves.
Fix your machine. They wanted to put my food in the freezer till I went to the bank and came back with money, inconvenient. Other than that it was your typical yogurt land.
Somewhat organized with this COV-19 craziness. While getting my yogurt, others were able to come next to you and get theirs in lieu of waiting. Was not a fan of that
But they did have the topping all covered with only employee access to get for you so that was good.
Such a nice experience. Service was amazing. I'm be back for sure!
