Yogurtland Menifee

Very disappointed! Definitely the worst frozen yogurt ever or should I say ice milk! Toppings were gross and not too mention very messy. I was taken back how dirty this location was.

We used to go here often but it seems every time we go the flavors they have aren't great or just not many to choose from. On Saturday more than half the spaces for different flavors had nothing and there wasn't even a chocolate. This will most likely be my last time here.

This specific yogurtland is always a problem. There’s hardly ever any toppings, half of them are empty and more than half the machines are broken. And the ones that do work have melted yogurt. It’s super dirty inside, the floors, the topping station and the spouts are always leaking. The workers aren’t friendly and they’re always in the back room messing around on tiktok. Almost walked out one time without paying cause I was waiting so long lol. I’ve taken my business to Blitzer’s instead. Do something about this location or completely remove it! Glad to see i’m not the only one that’s noticed

Customer service was terrible, girl was texting while ringing us up, half the machines were down due to “cleaning” why would you clean the dispensers while the store is open for business? Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Very disappointed in this location. Dirty, everything was dirty.the floors, windows, yogurt station, the topping station.tables broken and wobbly. Could imagine want the bathroom
looked like. The girl working the counter was friendly, but obviously didn’t care about the appearance or the fact that half the toppings were empty. We were the only ones in there. There also was quite a good flavor selection but probably won’t be back.

Awesome area. Always get yogurt with a few toppings (sometimes a lot) and take a bite and then, oh man! It’s sooooo good

First time visiting this company. Will not return. Personally Nubi Yogurt is much better, to bad the nearest Nubi is in Moreno Valley.

The yogurt had an unpleasant texture that I don't find at other frozen yogurt shops - almost like it's poorly mixed and, therefore, very runny. The amount of variety also suffers a bit. App of this to say that I don't think I'll choose this place over competing yogurt shops.

Don't know what happened to this place post Covid but it's not the same. Limited flavors, machines leaking, toppings looked old and sparse. 5 to 3 stars hopefully it was an off night.

If you sign up for their rewards you can get free ounzes plus an eventual free unlimited cup. This place really really is great.

I'm sad to say this but this yogurt is not good lately and toppings are stale. Also most of the flavors were not available and the few that they did offer were a weird consistency like "fluffy and airy". So disappointed with this location seems to always be this way. Its like no one cares about this location. So I'm writing this review to help them to improve before it is too late and they close down. I'm hoping it gets better soon because I love yogurtland!

This place was so dirty and one employee in the back that wouldn’t come out and help. The other employee finally walked in but really didn’t want to help. They had just a few options and the toppings were bad (meaning they needed to change them out cause they were old). Most of the tables are broken as well to sit down and eat. Won’t be coming back unless they clean it up.

I’ve been to many yogurt-lands and this is the worst! Employees unprofessional and location was messy. Will definitely not return.
Yogurt taste is not the same as other Yogurtlands, less toppings, and what’s going on with employees in pajamas and slides?
I feel sorry for the owner that probably doesn’t know the place is being ruined as most customers are not happy with this establishment. Owner if you are interested in selling the business let me know I would definitely bring back this business back to life.

Frozen yogurt is always a good thing, the varieties are great and the taste is just as good.
However half the spouts are always broken, and their customer service often consists of having get someone’s attention to get someone to finally ring you up.

Customer service was not welcoming. Unsanitary conditions, workers eating at the register, one worker was scratching in her scalp and looking under her armpits (no gloves), in front of customers! We complained and they said nothing. Not even an apology. Food and yogurt all over the machines and on the floor. Lights blinking on the machines (not sure if they were working) signs to use sanitizer with no sanitizer in sight. Will not be going back.

This place confuses me, two girls working, one has a crop top and belly button ring. Messing around on her phone with the other girl, little to no interactions with us, not friendly or welcoming. Strawberries looked old and mushy. Never coming back again. Hands down worse yogurt place

This place was awesome.was awesome.the 2 young ladies in charge of yogurtland today had a mess and multiple out of stocks of yogurt. They where more interested in hanging out in the lobby with thier friends than doing their job

Today I stopped over at the Menifee Yogurtland hoping for some frozen yogurt to refresh another extremely hot day. Others had the same idea but the store was locked. After waiting a short time a kind, gracious young gal Kennedy, approached and apologized for the disappointment. She is an employee there but was waiting for the supervisor to come let her in as the lead for her shift hadn't arrived and she had no way to get in.
I just want to give KUDOS and a SHOUTOUT to Kennedy for giving us a heads up on the situation. She is truly a pleasure and an asset to your company. Thanks KENNEDY️

I walked in and already got a bad vibe, the lights were so dark i can hardly see. I didnt even get a “ Hi welcome! “ and thats not what i care about its fine they must have forgotten, until i went to go see the flavors, half of them were out of service? ! All the flavors that werent out of service sounded nasty. I ended up getting the strawberry flavor since it was the only one i had trusted. And then i went to go get the toppings, and the lady that was serving them to us, was disrespectful! She hardly even payed attention to us and had put such a small amount of everything. I have went to better yogurtlands. Hopefully this helps you guys out.
